Congratulations

Hello crafters!  I found this card in an older folder and thought I would share it with you.  I started with a piece of wisteria card and taped the Hearts Delight A5 stencil to it.  I used the Moonlt Mist Luna Paste and spread it across the stencil with a plastic palette knife.    I carefully removed the mask and set it aside to dry overnight.  I made a multi-layered frame using the Double Stitched Rectangles.  I first cut a wider white frame then added a thinner frame cut from wisteria card.  I added the frame over the background with mounting foam.  For the centre of the frame, I cut one of the Decorative Squares in white and added a thin white frame to it using the Double Stitched Squares.  I cut one of the Decorative Flag dies in white and stamped Congratulations on it in black ink.  Using the Magnolia Corner flowers, I cut some flowers out of a leftover bit of luna paste that I spread directly onto some card.  I seated the flowers with some of the leaves out of the Magnolia Corner.  The card was completed with white, black and wisteria mats and layers.  The finished dimensions are 7 1/4"  x  8 1/2"  in size.  All for now, Sue x
