Double Cut Accent Card

Hi crafters!  Nothing too fancy today, but the video shows you about double die cutting to create pretty detail behind your focal element.

Just a little reminder, I will be doing a show today on Hochanda at 11am showing how to assemble the new Working Candy Machine die set.  I have some really fun samples to share with you too, I can't wait!  It is only one hour though so I hope you will be able to pop by to catch it!

The winner of this week's Wednesday Card Giveaway is:

Debra K!!!

Congratulations!  Please email me at americansue1@gmail.com to confirm your address and claim your card!

The finished dimensions are 6 1/4" x  8 1/4" in size.  All for now, Sue x

Norah, I hope you are starting to improve, it won't be long to your meet up with the girls, you need to be fighting fit for that treat.
Tina, if you are looking in, I'm thinking of you and hope you are well.
Little lamb, how exciting to be in a workshop with the wonderful Jihn Lickwood, he is so talented and down to earth, enjoy yourself.
Daily hugs to al on the blog especially missing and poorly friends.

Morning Sue and all Wilsonettes, I like the card, will watch the video later whilst eating my breakfast, I can smell it cooking. I like the dies you have used on the card too, I know I have them so will try this one.

Hi Pam, reiterate everything you have said, I am so pleased that condense everything for us every day, I do read through the comments but miss some things.

Sue I will be watching at 11:00 today, I have the candy machine dies and want to make one for my youngest granddaughter who will be 5 in March, I did see the video you made of it on you tube and it looked so easy to follow.

Stay safe, healthy and happy, hugs, June Smith xxx

Good morning Sue.
With the beautiful colour combo, plus the way you've used the dies this Saturday sample is nothing but dramatic and I love it. Will catch up on the video a little later - something else to look forward to is your only show 😕 only 1 ? That won't quench our needs but I should be thankful we have your never ending inspiration just for that hour today and can only look forward to more shows with you during the year ☺
The Gum Ball machine is a fabulous creation Sue and only wish I was in the position to be able to put it to good use but it's too fiddly for me to do and would also have to mark its selling price too high to break even with the cost of the die and the extra bits n bobs but it's great fun to see how it's done, very very clever of you Sue. I feel a possible sell out for you.
Before my hugs I must congratulate out Wednesday winner Debra, enjoy your beautiful gift from Sue 😊
So I hope you have a really fun day today Sue, and take this hug to help you on your way xxx

Pam – the Kid was released from hospital. He’s doing great hoping to be back to work by the end of March and to visit his family back home at the end of this year. Fingers crossed.
We are all parents and understood how difficult it is for him and his parents to be away from each other. As you know, many of the cancer treatments are not covered and out of pocket expenses can add up very quickly. That why we, as a group, tried to make his situation less of a burden, both mentally and financially.
