Finishing Touches

Hello and welcome back for the final post of the launch!  Up on offer this post is the new Chrysanthemum die set.  This set can be used curled or flat, stacked or individual so there is a massive amount of versatility to it.  You will see it time and time again on cards posted to the blog and it will have you wondering what die set it is as it just always looks so different!  I love that in a die set, I hope you do too!  For a final time, I will encourage you to leave a comment in order to be entered into the drawing to win this die set.  Don't forget to pin the pictures for viewing later too!  I have really enjoyed bringing you this release, I do hope you have enjoyed it as well! Don't forget to check back on the 6th for the list of winners!  All for now, Sue x

GE Sue. You've done it again. Yes you made me buy more flower dies! Everytime you bring out a new collection I tell myself I have enough flower dies. But not like your ones it seems and I can't resist. So please don't put me in the draw for this one as I've just had to buy them! They look so lovely on your cards. Really eye catching. Thanks for the blogathon. Fab as always.

Hi Sue what a great great way to finish your first Die Launch of 2017 with this beautiful Chrysanthemum Die . I can see it on so many cards.
I have to say Sue that this has been a really fun die release and as on previous releases I am sure I will be spending more than I should. I think I will have to leave the Country before the next die release or I will probably end up in Bankruptcy Court. Your dies are always a joy to use and your cards an inspiration. Thank you.

Beautiful card, lovely die, good that it is so versatile & looks different when left flat. Can see this being a favourite with a lot of crafters - me included! This has been a brilliant launch Sue as there have been so many unusual shapes & concepts, thank you for all your hard work.

To those of you who are new to the blog please stay now the launch has ended. Sue posts a different card on her blog everyday, all with a description of how to make it, or a video. Once a week one of the cards is given away to one lucky winner - it could be you & believe me they are even better, if that is possible, in 'real life'. Sue would welcome your input.

Oh Sue. It's gorgeous. And I have to admit that your new large square die looks so much prettier cut in this colour scheme (excuse my ignorance in forgetting it's official name) ! As for your Chrysanthimum ... perfect.
A stunning finale.

Well what can I say. Firstly congratulations. When I read there where some so totally different to what we usually look forward to there was no way I could even imagin what was to come, not only exceptionally different but exceptionally clever and beautiful. I won't keep repeating myself as far as my true favourites are as you've read it numerous times and the reasons behind my choice as going over the same as gets boring, but I'm so really excited to start something so different. What I WILL say again is that when you get the final package of dies you must be beyond ecstatic especially with the Kinetic and really intricut designs, to go from ideas in mind to paper sketches to the final product must be sooo satisfying its no wonder you feel so proud, nerves ? As always I dare say, but I think this whole collection must have been the best ever yet. You've worked really hard and deserve all the accalaids praise and thank you's you read over and over again. The samples have been so inspirational and I look forward to seeing more and more on this very beautiful blog, you will show us techniques and ways to use these new dies we would never think of as you always do ! And I bet John is going crazy with ideas lol. So all that is left to say is "thank you" i have no idea how i found you and Particraft but in the past 3 or so years you've changed me from a 'dabbler of bad card making' to a broke card maker that has improved a little and grown in confidence although I have such a long way to go before I reach the standard of the fb ladies but you have taught me so much and I'm more grateful than you'll ever know. I know for sure that you have another successful collection under your belt, I just hope that all my favourite don't sell out too soon as my market window gets smaller by the week. Thanks Sue for a wonderful few days, just what was needed xxx

Hi Sue, hurrah! The gorgeous chrysanthemum gets its own time on the blog, last but by no means the least. I love all of your flower dies and I can see multiple uses for this one. Colour-tipped with gold as in the noon today example it is stunning. Love the whole card it looks really clean and fresh (as opposed to simple). Thank you yet again for an amazing blog launch, your design skills and seemingly tireless energy in bringing it all together just for us and the opportunity to win one of your beautiful dies. I think this range has been the best and most varied of any that you have done previously.
Good Luck to all Wilsonettes in the draw next week.

Good evening lovely Sue and her crafty crew!

How bittersweet is this final post for the day and launch. Whilst i am sad that such a wonderful display of your creative genius is coming to a close, i am equally jubilant that the launch has been such a resounding success....and deservedly so, after all the hard work and supreme effort you put in on our behalf. The Crysanthamum die is a fitting end to the launch because it will be one of the most popular buys of that i am sure. The scope for this die is infinite as you have demonstrated throughout this launch with your wonderfully varied samples utilising it...i too have sworn never to buy another flower or foliage die but my mind soon changes during each launch :-)
I feel that this has been your most inspirational launch to date Sue, you have treated us to some new and intriguing concepts which will elevate our cardmaking to another level altogether. We are so fortunate to have you as our mentor, i really don't know what i did before i had the good fortune to see you demonstrate on tv which then in turn led me to this wonderful blog community....welcome to any new comers, it is a pleasure for us all to include you in Sues blog and i hope that you have the confidence to comment every day and tell this wonderful lady how much we appreciate her dedication and devotion to her art. Let's make this the bestest blog on the block!
Had a really busy day, nipped into Stirling for an appointment and shopping expedition and couldn't quite believe how cold it was...okay, i do know its January but back in the day i could go out without a jacket and feel fine but now....well, these maturing bones are feeling the chill:-( And, it takes a vat of lava hot industrial strength fruit tea, a hot water bottle and fluffy dressing gown before i begin to thaw and feel almost human again!
Managed to catch up on today's comments which is a gargantuan task in itself, its taken over an hour!!??! Never mind, you are all worth the effort and I don't like to be out of the loop with any juicy gossip or news:-)
Frances, Misty really is a big girl! Darcey was 4.9kg and was told to lose weight, i reckoned it was just her winter coat weighing her down and sure enough 6 months later in the summer, she only weighed 4.5kg. Brodie on the other hand, is all muscle weighing in at a hefty 6.5kgs but were hoping that he's lost a little at his next check up....his Dreamies addiction though, is cause for concern!
Dragonsnap, huge congrats on the birth of your new granddaughter! It is tiring keeping up with the little ones, you wonder how you ever managed to survive the experience first time around:-) What is her name? How many grandchildren do you now have? Hugs to mummy and babyxxx
Tina, hope you are as well as can be expected honey, are you managing to get enough sleep? It must be so hard readjusting, thinking of you daily. Hugsxxx
Elaine, do you still have trouble with your neighbours cat or are you managing to get a decent nights sleep? Hope Andrews treatment goes well this week, not long to go now:-)xxx
Maria, did you enjoy your holiday? Where did you go? Hope you are wellxxxx
Yvonne, you've got me in suspense here, I don't know if i can wait until our chat before i find out your news....i wont give anything away because i know you'll want to tell the ladies yourself but enough already, I'm dying to find out so ring me soon!
Hugs to all my usual suspects including that meddlesome twosome Maureen and Myra, P, Pam, Pat, Theresa, Deb C, Tracy, wheely, Lynda,June, Norah and anyone in need of a cuddle, plenty to go roundxxx

Love and crafty hugs,

Laine1972xxx

Hi Sue and everyone

What a gorgeous card. I love your chrysanthemum die set, especially as you have kindly included a leaf and centre as extras. This will be a go to die and be able to make so many different looking flowers.

I think you have made a lot of people very happy ( me included) this week Sue with all your wonderful samples and inspiration. Another great die launch to be very proud of. I hope that you are. Thank you for all your hard work. Now we Wilsonettes have some hard work deciding which ones we 'need' and which ones we are going to buy, and which ones go on the ever growing wish list.

Thanks again

Dear Sue and Wilsonettes,

With this release, we're all winners! Thank you Sue!

Today to the Phoenix Scrapbook Store, which was full. I talked to some people making cards, 5 for $10, and handed out Sue's scripted Happy Birthday die cuts I'd brought on the plane. They were from a pearlescent paper like Stardream. The store owner said she got a picture of you, Sue, at CHA. They all loved the Happy Birthday.

Thanks again for making me a winner, even if my name isn't picked.

I felt like a hero today handing out die cuts. Everyone with a young daughter wanted purple, and everyone else wanted turquoise.

Congratulations!

Love,
Donita, visiting Arizona, where it's 74 today!
