No sun today although it has stopped raining. Quite enjoying the lower temperature. Got a lot of your videos to catch up on and seeing as I have got to take it easy I have a very enjoyable couple of hours ahead.

Lorraine - I think that it's you that's stalking me - I would not stoop so low. My underhand tactics do not include stalking. Glad you took it upon yourself to babysit BCAS whilst I was away, but a little concerned that you may not have given it your full attention when I hear tales of diva's and prawns. I think your loyalties may be slightly compromised. You need to have a serious think about you future with our organisation!

Maria - I'm taking it easy - honest x

Gr Karin - welcome - You are now part of the fantastically friendly and wonderfully warm Wilsonette family x

Molly Dolly and Melody - thinking of you and yours. Sorry Molly - your secret is out - blame your nan x

Saba - as I write this you will be well on your way - hope you have a stress free journey x

Pat L - sending love and hugs and hoping everything goes well x

Lynda - thanks and hugs to you x

Wheely Bad - we can take things easy together. Sue fix goes a long way to help with withdrawal symptoms doesn't it x

It is so good to be back. The frustration of being bed bound without an ounce of energy is unbelievable. Taking things slowly so as not to end up in the same position x

Have a lovely day everyone. What on earth could the surprise from Sue be?? Exciting.

Good afternoon sue and lovely Wilsonettes!

I'm rather tardy with my post today due to a mixture of my hospital appointment to arrange some minor surgical procedures on my pesky basal cell carcinoma-a form of skin cancer and, rather ironically I suppose, our fourth day of summer...and probably last chance to get a little relaxation in the sunshine!
So, I haven't had a chance to catch the video for today but I am very impressed with the results-I love the understated elegance of a monochrome colour scheme, it is very attractive and a look that I like to use on my fussy male cards...even if it does incorporate a little midnight snow!
I am so excited to see what tomorrow will bring, even though I have seen a preview on, seeing your unique interpretation is always the best aspect of a new better get a move on with purchasing the last batch though, wouldn't want to be accused of being unfashionable or behind the times now!
Theresa, you are so astute, my true weakness is cheesecake and I'm afraid everything else plays second fiddle...well, apart from my babies and Sue addiction. I will be paying another visit to the wonderful Caledonian cheesecake company this weekend again!
Yvonne, disregard my previous comment, you and I both know that BCAS has my full and undivided attention at all times you can totally rely upon my loyalty and discretion, though with our bodyguard Debs sunning herself in Portugal, methinks we should leave the 'heavy stuff' until she returns!
Saba, lobster is out of the question, far too meaty a fish and I cannot have my babies trying to eat something as big as them especially when they can't grip the hammer to break open the claws....I wouldn't say no though! Have a safe trip home lass, my Mum is from Yorkshire too so I am a half breed!
Melody and Molly(I won't embarrass you with your grandmas pet name sweetie:-)), hope the treatment progresses well, my Dad has had non Hodjkins lymphoma for over 10 years now and he is still fighting fit...for an old man that is! Though he had no real hair to lose as such, I am sure your grandad with cope admirably when it happens. Bald men are very handsome tell him, it didn't do Sean Connery any harm!
More rain forecast for tomorrow but never mind , I can catch up on some crafting. Take care everyone, roll on tomorrow!

Love and crafty hugs,

Hi Sue
What a beautiful card today, I'm falling in love with that striplet die although I will have to sit on my hands now and not spend any more money for a while after last weeks expensive car repair! I've not had a chance to watch the video yet, I'm going to save it for tomorrow morning now as it's been quite a day. Exam results! We were on tender hooks at college this morning as Emma got 3 B grades instead od an A and 3 bs but after an agonising half an hour with a tearful mum (I'm such a wimp) she checked the Ucas site and shed been accepted by Aberdeen university after all! Relief all round but so stressful! We've been out to celebrate champagne has been consumed and they are all out partying now! Crafty Sue I hope results were good in your house too. Loraine as we are coming up to Scotland I'm going to have to check out this Caledonian Cheesecake Factory! . Thank you Sue for sharing such a beautiful card.
Love and hugs to everyone

Had a chance to read through some of the comments and this seems to be a very friendly and supportive group. Was wondering where I can get the Ebony Ice or something similar in the US. Morning Sue, these are always my favourite type of Sue Wilson card - simple, classy and elegant. Like the lady herself - except for the simple part! ;)x

I recently discovered your blog and am working my way through the archive of posts. I think your video tutorials are excellent for new cardmakers like me, a die-cutting virgin! I get my brand new Grand Calibur next week (birthday pressie)and having watched you use this machine I feel confident and eager to get die-cutting. Many thanks Sue, keep up the good work.
