Just For You

Good Sunday morning all!  I hope you really enjoyed the latest die launch!  I just have been dying to show my new Noble dies to you as I think they are just so pretty.  You know how much I love to use large frames on cards and I think these have such pretty detail to them.  It has been hard not to spill the beans about them since I received the prototype dies several months ago!  Finally the time has arrived and I can show them off to my hearts content! LOL  Today's blog post showcases the Ornate Pierced Rectangle Noble die set.  I selected a black and white colour theme and started by cutting two of the Lavish Swirls Diagonals in coconut white card.  I glued them vertically to the edge of my white card background (see already another use for the Diagonal dies!)  Next I cut the Ornate Pierced Noble using the two cutting edges and the decorative insert to cut a pretty detailed frame.  I used the outside cutting edge to cut the backing in black card.  I glued it to the back of my frame and then reseated the inside edge die to cut the inside of the frame to match.  I added mounting foam to the back.  I embossed a piece of white card using the Rambling Blossoms folder and seated my frame over it and trimmed away the excess card from the edges.  I glued it in place in the centre of my background.  I cut a Refined Rectangle in white card and added it to the middle of my frame with mounting foam.  I stamped my sentiment (CR. Exp. Amazing Sentiments  clear stamp set) in black and covered it with a sticky adhesive sheet.  Peeling back the paper, I coated it with Diamond Sprinkles and die cut it with the oval from the centre of the Classic Adorned Rectangle die set.  I matted it with a black mat and attached it in the centre of my frame.  I cut several of the Cornflowers and layered them up and put a small black Dazzler in the centres then attached them around my sentiment.  I completed the card with a pierced white mat, a thin black mat and a final white mat.  The finished dimensions are 7" x  8 1/2" in size.

I still have shows on Create and Craft today scheduled at 11am, 2pm and 7pm.  I would just love it if you could join me!  All for now, Sue x

Morning Sue, Pam and all Wilsonettes, I agree that the 'Noble' die set is gorgeous, I have the two rectangle sets and have been playing already, they cut out beautifully.

You must be exhausted Sue, all those shows yesterday and now another 3 (I think you said) today, yes I will be watching them all but what have you got left to sell, most of the die sets went yesterday didn't they, that is wonderful news by the way, as us regular bloggers know the 'Autumn' sets were fabulous, I do hope you manage to get some rest in between shows (I bet you don't because there is always so much going on). Try and get an early night tonight.

Have a great Sunday everyone, stay safe, healthy and happy, hugs, June Smith xxx

Thank you for all the great shows yesterday, I don't think you will have any stock left for today.I love these noble rectangles. Sue I am not very good at judging things but would the diagonal strips make mitered corners?. Take care Kitty.

Yay, Sue, just love it!! This was the die set for me and it's on its way. Really like the look frames give - the bigger the better - and I'm absolutely certain sure this one will be a 'keeper' and used all the time. If any dies just sit there and don't get used, then off they go on eBay to a new loving home!!
Hope today goes well for you, will be watching at 11.

Sunday Smiles to you Sue and all Wilsonettes. Hope you enjoyed your pizza last night Sue and have found a little benefit from your early night (hope thst crafting brain didnt wake you full of idea's) !! Time to leave your note book in your craft room for a couple of nights and WIND DOWN a little !
Thank you for a tremendous launch week, what a stunning new collection, something for everyone no mstter what their paper craft preferance is. Well done. Im very lucky and honoured to own the Adorned Noble Square set as a gift or I dont know how long it would be before I could afford to start this collection, and it really IS pretty, not had too much time to play as I had a date with the tv every few hour's yesterday ! Where did that day go lol... Even though every show is recorded, it would have been rude NOT to watch as well, what stunning show's you gave us, thank you so much. It was wonderful to hear so many regular blog friends emails (always makes me squeel their names out) lol Mr L is so use to me awwwing at names now he knows what they all mean : )
What a sell out you had - NO suprise there though. Didnt we see some amazing cards yesterday, your's were just amazing as ever, but you have some amazing wonderfully talanted ladies Sue, ALL inspired by you, your blog and your dies, so whatever you reap you fully deserve.
Really looking forward to your show's today, your own samples, our Wilsonette emails and photo's. At least you have a slighter later start and longer between show's, so maybe, just maybe I may get to start my order of cards needed for the 22nd !!!
I wish you luck again today Sue, no nerves required (only if required to sing and dance if all sells)
To all my lovely friends enjoy your tv day, stay warm. To those not well thinking of you, and to our missing friends - cam and Lynn we SO miss you.
Hugs this Sunday.

Hi Sue. What a gorgeous card. The dies really are beautiful and using the black card behind the white shows the detail off perfectly.
I notice that you have cut the sentiment oval AFTER covering it with Diamond Sprinkles. I have always added them after cutting as I thought they may effect the cutting edge of the die, but if you do it then I will be happy to do the same, thanks for that one Sue: )
Enjoy the shows today, I wonder how many sell outs there will be?
Sending my daily hugs to everyone. Take care.

Congratulations Sue on your fantastic shows yesterday, what a sell out in some cases. Just shows what all your hard work has proved, you are the Number 1 die Queen as all Wilsonettes already know. And so do all the other crafters out there now know.
A beautiful card for a very foggy Sunday. The Noble dies are the next on my list as I went a bit over budget yesterday, (not ordered from C&C as can't afford their postage costs!)
Looking forward to a relaxing day watching today's shows with their myriad of tips from you. Well done again. Hope my email gets picked today, it was lovely to hear of so many friends names being read out.
To all travelling today look out for that pesky fog, especially here in Cannington and Somerset, although I have already heard and can vaguely see cars speeding through our village. These people are the ones that leave hurt and misery in their wake when they cause the accidents.
Hugs and prayers to all our missing friends, I wish you God's Blessings.
And as usual, hugs to all Wilsonettes.

Hi Sue
This card is stunning. Now I know why this set of dies are my favourites. I didn't have time to watch your demoes from yesterday. But it seems you have nearly sold out. Thank you for the inspiration you and your team give us, and it's so nice to see you back on our TV screens. Hope you have a great day today, you might even manage to finish earlier, and have a rest for the rest of the day. I wonder how many hits you'll have today now the blog hop has finished.

Good morning Sue and Wilsonette friends,
What a beautiful card Sue and just the right amount of black that gives it the emphasis to make it pop. I think that your Noble frames will be a very popular set of dies that will go fast of the shelves of the retailers just because of the amount of us large card fans but also for making beautiful apertures around pictures in frames or making those lovely 3d frames that they make up with wee shelves and little things to make them nice for ornaments on the wall(sorry i can't for the life of me remember what the proper name for them are, but someone will know what i am havering about). It has been a fantastic week for you Sue but please try and indulge in a few hours rest as we want you to stay well and scaridy pants here is frightened that you might do yourself a mischief with working too hard and non stop. Thank you for all the brilliant posts this week that you have brought to us as each one has been great and different.

Part 2

Well i never got to see the shows yesterday as i knew would happen, glad i recorded them. Football came on when i came up the road from Mum's so bang went any idea i might have had about watching telly. Crikey, it wasn't even teams that he supports and of course we had the rugby going on into The Voice. Sorry i am not a fan of reality, music or game shows. Campbell decided that because it was a dry day we would put on Mum's new front door, well he put it on with Rory with none of the two of them having a straight eye in their head so it was left up to me to lift the door + frame out of the hole, to take out the wood that was still at one side of the door frame. Then it was the lifting it back into place again and holding it closed by the letterbox until he went to fetch all the thunderbolts and screws. I wasn't allowed to touch the handle when i got screamed at as it would open the door. I didn't realise that i was so stupid as to hold down on the handle when i was actually only going hold the handle up the way. Awh well it is up in place and sealed to the outside now and Batman is away back down to seal inside and put up the new interior framing. Boy oh boy after 4 days solid of him getting me to build, humph and hold i feel like Mike Tyson has went 10 rounds with me and he won every one of them.
Kirsten has finally moved out yesterday and spent the first night in her new home. It felt quite strange locking the door last night and her not being in yet. Ryan found it a strange experience going for the weeks messages and nearly collapsed at what it cost to feed himself as he is quite a big eater (with it going out through the bottom of his feet i think) and normally it is mum that gets the messages in, he just fills himself up and it gets replaced. I think his mum is going to find a big difference in her weekly food bills with Ryan moving out.
Well must get on as it is a beautiful if cold day here at the Ochils but they are back today after being pinched yesterday and there is a lot to do. Have a great day everyone with hugs of every sort going out to my angels that are on the blog and not at the moment.
Love and crafty hugs
Norah (Glenochil)

Sue, love today's card, just the same as every day. Caught your show this morning, only to find that three of the weekend offers had gone. When will C&C every learn - your designs always sell out before the scheduled shows go out, then NEVER stock enough. It must be frustrating for you, as you would earn more if they sold more.
