 Morning bloggers!  Aah lavender and white!  Such a soothing colour combo I think.  This is simplicity in card making for me.  It isn't much work, a bit of inking, embossing and die cutting and you have a lovely card for a friend.  I started by embossing the coconut white card with my Heart Lattice embossing folder just to give the background a bit of detail.  Next, out of lavender card,  I cut the Enchanted Labels 28 using the Labels 28 die in the middle of it to cut a frame.  To bring a bit of detail into the frame, I added a Fancy Lattice Background cut out of white card.  I just trimmed away the excess so it just filled the inside of the frame.  I stamped the Enjoy The Day Vintage Labels four stamp and added my sentiment to the middle of it.  With dusty concord distress ink, I inked through the die before removing my die cut.  I added some mounting foam to the back and attached it in the centre of my frame.  While I was in Florida, I found these small white paper flowers that I really liked.  I used several of them here as embellishments and I just inked the tops of them with Dusty Concord ink to match my card.  I cut a few leaves from the Bitty Blossom die set and inked them with Forest Moss distress ink.  I tied a double bow from white frilly edged ribbon and used a glue dot to attach it to the lower corner of my sentiment.  I seated the flowers around the sentiment and in the centre of the bow.  I finished the embellishments with a couple of pearl stick pins and some flatback pearls on my frame and background corners.  I added a lavender mat before finishing my card with a double white pierced mat.  Finished dimensions are 7" x 8 1/2" in size.  All for now, Sue x
