Morning everyone!  Filigree Delight for today and that it is!  I really enjoyed playing with this set and found a bunch of different ways to use it, but this was my favourite I think.  First off, I micro beaded my gold decorative paper for the background.  It was just a paper so I matted it to some soft gold card to make it more stable.  You can just barely see the fine pattern showing through the micro beads.  Next I cut two of the main die from the Filigree Delight set out of soft gold card, one with the inside oval die and one without.  I glued the one with the opening to a slightly larger piece of white card.  I placed the oval back inside the gold piece to cut out the exact area in the white backing piece.  I placed mounting foam on the back of it and set it aside.  Next I cut the other one at about 3/4 the way up.  I placed the small piece on the other side so the filigree areas were touching and placed a piece of removable tape on the back to keep them in place.  I peeled off the backing paper on the mounting foam on the frame and placed it atop the cut one so that the filigree area was offset to the left side.  Once I was happy with that , I peeled away the removable tape.  I stamped my sentiment and embossed it with gold powder.  I cut it out with the Stately Circles die in the matching size.  I used mounting foam and placed it in the centre of the solid area in my focal element.  I tied a double bow out of white silky crush ribbon and added a heart Dazzler and pearl stick pins as embellishments.  I glued flatback pearls in the corners and paper pierced the inner mat of my double white mats to finish the card.  Great for an anniversary or wedding card!  Finished dimensions are 7" x 7 3/4" in size.  All for now, Sue x
