Oak Leaf Swag

Hi crafters!  The Oak Leaf Swag is on offer during this blog post.  The die set has two oak leaf  dies with swirls; both a left facing and a right facing for greater versatility.  These die cuts can easily be nipped in places for all sorts of uses.  Shown here, you can see how nicely they are as accents for your floral elements.  The leaves can also be cut away for use in the bushel basket.  Don't forget to use the "Pinit" button at the bottom of the post once you finish leaving your comments!  The penultimate post will be online at 3pm today.  All for now, Sue x

Sycamore Branch

Hello there my crafty friends!  Welcome to the final day of the 2017 Autumn die release blog launch!  We have four posts for you today starting with the sycamore branch die set.  I love this one as you have probably been able to tell since it has popped up numerous times on the samples shown previously.  I love that you can use it as a branch, or as a floral accent with your handmade flowers or just nip the leaves off and use them as I have done in the sample shown here.  Don't they look great in the bushel basket too!  If you would like a chance to win this set, you just need to leave a comment on this post.  The next set will be shown at 12 noon today.  I hope to see you then!  All for now, Sue x

Cascading Leaves

Hi Bloggers!  I suppose I couldn't have an autumn die release without some leaves, now could I?  Introducing the Cascading Leaves die set. Now the more eagle eyed have probably already spotted these on several earlier posts, but I wanted to share them in a truly clean and simple styled sample card.  The die comes in two pieces, the inside cuts the individual leaves and using the two dies together will give you a pretty outline (shown here) that can be used with anything from pixie powders, glitter kiss or embossing folders in the background.  So do you have a favourite so far?  Let me know, I would love to hear your comments.  I will be back tomorrow morning at 6am.  All for now, Sue x

Majestic Tree

Hello all!  We are featuring the Majestic Tree die set during this blog post.   Shown here in this sample, you can see the Majestic tree makes a lovely focal element with it's many "lift up" leaves.  Since the leaves aren't completely cut out, they give the tree real texture and interest.  The trunk has been designed so it can be cut separately in a different colour and added to the top of the tree.  The outer cutting edge has been made separate so if you want to back the top of the tree with a different shade to show through where the leaves lift upwards, it can easily be done.  Just leave your comment and you might win this die set, it is so easy to do.  There are directions on the right hand side of the blog if you are unsure how to do it. Spiral Flower

Hello bloggers!  Next on the agenda is the Spiral Flower die set.  Originally I designed this set to work with the Industrial Chic Collection as I wanted something to make it more feminine and work with what I call pretty grunge!  You may have noticed it on some of the samples shown on the first few days of the launch.  While I think it looks fab like that, I also wanted to show just how pretty it looks when used on other styles of cards.  I just love the versatility of it!  Leave a comment if you like it too!  I will be back at noon with the next release.  All for now, Sue x

Double Stitched Rectangles

Hi bloggers!  This post is to showcase the new Double Stitched Rectangles.  Firstly, I had so many requests for double stitched dies that I just had to oblige!  secondly, I love frames and wanted some that would work specifically with the new sized backgrounds, Stained Glass (from previous releases and also the same size) and from the Christmas release, the angel and three wise men.  You can see from the sample shown here, I have extended the Linear Leaf Background (shown in the previous post), but these dies will still work by just turning them the other direction.  I love the versatility of this set!  If you do too, then just add your name to the comments to be entered into the drawing to win them.  That's it for today, but the are still two more days to go!  See you in the morning at 6am.  All for now, Sue x

Linear Leaf Background

Hello crafters!  Our third post today is featuring the Linear leaf Background die.  This die has been designed in a smaller size for those of you that have requested smaller dies.  However, it  can easily be extended to create a larger background if desired.   The linear nature of the background makes it a great die to cut into strips to use as borders too, so it is not just simply a background die.  I love the fact that it really makes a statement, but if you need a quick card, it fills the bill for that as well so it is quite versatile.  The leaves have alternating positive cut out veins and negative cut out veins for interest.  If you like the look of this one, just leave your comment and you never know, your name could be the name that is drawn out to win this set!  The final post today is at 6pm. Julia

Hi crafters!  We are showcasing the new Julia die set this post.  This die set is very detailed with a pretty decorative circular shape,  It was designed to sort of look like a large sunflower as I thought it would work especially well with the floral die this release (to be shown on the last day of the launch).  The die has a decorative lattice centre that can be cut into the centre of the die or on it;s own.  I have also given you two centre cutting circles so you can give your sentiments a nice framed look too.  Do you think this one will work well in your crafty arsenal?  I think it will be a real go to for your cards and projects!  I have two more posts to share with you today, but the next one will be at 3pm today.  All for now, Sue x

Mix & Match Friendship Sentiments

Hi bloggers!  One of my favourite sets this release is the Mix and Match Friendship Sentiments.  I just love how this beautiful swirly font has married up with the more traditional block font to create a truly lovely look for the sentiments on your cards and projects.  The sentiments can easily be arranged in any manner that suits your projects, bringing more versatility to the set.  I hope you like these as much as I do!  Let me know what you think about them in your comments.  Or if you have a favourite die set so far, let me know.  I will be back at noon today for the next blog post.  All for now, Sue x

Happy Hour Background

Hello and welcome back!  The final post of the day is for the Happy Hour Background, the third die set in the cocktail theme.  You may have noticed that it had been used in the previous post and it has been used in this sample as the background for this shaker card.  This background has been designed in such a way that it can easily be cut apart into border strips.  There are three rows, two positive glasses and one negative cut out row of assorted cocktail glasses. There are stitching lines between the rows so you can easily cut them into borders following the stitching too.   I have used the fall away from the centre row of the background as the glasses inside my shaker card.  The die set also comes with two outer stitched cutting dies so you can make a lovely frame for it as well.  Leave your comments on this one!  Tomorrow's posts begin at 6am.  All for now, Sue x

Cocktail Glasses

Hi crafters!  Continuing with our cocktail theme today we have the Cocktail Glasses die set on offer next.  This set has two distinctive cocktail glasses; a margarita shaped glass and a pina colada glass.  This set comes with several accoutrements as well,  including a cherry, a cocktail sword, a bent straw,  an umbrella, an ice cube, and lime and orange wedges to decorate your cocktail glasses.  You probably noticed that I borrowed some of these for my Cosmo sample in the previous post.  Again, they mix and match so well!  Leave your comments and don't forget to make your name memorable when signing it!  The last post today will be here at 3pm.  All for now, Sue x

3D Cosmopolitan Cocktail

Good morning all!  Welcome to day number six of the autumn die release blog launch.  We are showcasing the 3D Cosmopolitan Cocktail die set this post.  This set has been designed so you can add an acetate front to the glass that allows you to make the glass 3D.  It looks fab with a "sugar" rim or with a plastic cocktail mermaid charm perched off the edge!  With this set, you can adorn the glass with a straw, a lemon twist, olive or strawberry to dress it up.  It's the perfect die set to make some fun cards for a girls night out or even a ladies hen do (bachelorette party for my American friends)!  I'm sure you can have some great fun coming up with ideas to use this set for.  So what do you think of this one?  Leave me a comment and let me know and you will also be entered into the drawing to win it.  The next post is at 12 noon today.  All for now, Sue x
