Wishing You All The Best
Hello crafters! I cut a piece of white card for the base and added a strip of green "grass" along the bottom of the card. I cut a hill using the Stitched Hills and Clouds and added it above the grass. I cut the Book Shop out of ocean card and added the awning, door and windows in aqua card. I cut the Fish Shop out of grey card with aqua accents. The Flower Shop was cut from aqua card and the roof, awning, door and windows were added out of ocean card. All three buildings were added to the hill with a lamppost and sandwich board next to them. I cut several trees and added them to the grassy area as well as a few stamped images from the Cottage Scenes stamp sets. I lightly inked the sky with Tumbled Glass ink and added three clouds. I stamped the sentiment and cut it out with a Safari Tag die and inked it while it was still in the die. I added it with mounting foam to the top of the card. The card was completed with white mats and layers. The dimensions are 6" x 7 3/4" in size.

Hello Sue, a great card, love the addition of the people stamps to the scene. Bx
Good Morning Sue and all that visit today. So sorry I couldn't leave a message yesterday ... When you gave us the latest new about C.E. And more importantly that you are now on your last few days of showing your beautiful cards.
It is such a shame that this is happening. We will all miss your blog and we will all miss the many friends we have all made over the years. Have a fantastic time traveling Sue and my wish for you is that your dream will come true when you visit Japan. I can only imagine what surprises you would have brought back with you for your faithful Wilsonettes. Sending you all the luck and hugs 🤗 in the world Sue.. Please stay safe and well 🙏everyone. Kind regards Ann Toppcards in Leeds.
Hi Sue, this sentiment is for you, for whatever the future holds. Love this little village scene and the tiny people on the 'grass'.

Gorgeous card. X
What a lovely typical English village scene. Thank you Sue.
So sorry not to comment on your post yesterday. What a sad time for the crafting world but especially for all your Wilsonettes. You have started so many people on their crafting journey & you will be a big loss to all of us. I was lucky enough to meet you a couple of times at Ally Pally & I have won several of your die sets, my most recent being your car dies & stamps last year. I also have a Sue Wilson original, which I won in July 2015 taking pride of place on my craft room wall. It is one of your stick pin creations.
I only follow your blog but I can’t think there is any other blogger who hasn’t missed a day in 15 years, what an achievement to be proud of. I have loved your dies (my craft room would be quite empty if I took out my Sue Wilson dies!) & you have introduced us to many new ideas so thank you so much. Enjoy your retirement & I hope you get to visit Japan very soon.
