Good Sunday morning all! How about this for a cheeky card! LOL I started with a piece of coconut white card and used the
Retail Therapy stamp set to stamp the small cocktail glasses all over the background. I sprayed it with spray glue and added a layer of
Frosted Sparkle Glitterbitz. I wrapped a piece of striped grosgrain ribbon around the card and taped the ends to the back. I stamped a piece of coconut white card with the sentiment and cut it out with a double
Stitched Rectangle die. I added a black mat to it. I cut the Cosmopolitan die out of white card and used some
Tumbled Glass on the stem. I cut a piece of pale pink card and glued it atop the glass. Next I cut the outer wraparound piece out of acetate. I folded it and wrapped it around the glass, taping the ends to the back. I added some glue around the rim and sugared it with
Iced Snow. I mounted it on to the sentiment piece with foam and added a plastic cocktail mermaid (from my stash). I added the straw and umbrella inked with Spun Sugar and cut the cherry and sword and coloured them and glued them to the base of the glass. White and black mats were added to complete the card. The finished dimensions are 7 1/2" x 8 1/2" in size.

Yesterday’s card was a favourite of mine. But I love the simplicity of this one.
Hmmmm it's just turned 6am here in the UK and the party has started early at Particraft towers lol so you enjoy a different kind of breakfast other than toast and orange curd, whatever floats ya boat Sue live and let live that's what I say lol. A real fun Sunday sample and I love how you've added the mermaid I thought they were tea total ? The whole set of the cocktail time dies are a great idea and can be used for many an occasion, I've not invested in this set but should I ever get a request or an order where I think they would be perfect I will certainly go but them. Pressed Shirt received yesterday so time to order the enthusiasm to go with it. Looking forward to watching Julia work her magic with your wedding dies later today.

Morning Sue, as I will be visiting my sister today and staying overnight, I think that we'll be sharing one or two (or maybe more) cocktails so this is a really appropriate card for me today.
Like the background and the little mermaid. She reminds me of those little jelly sweets which we used to buy as kids.......eons ago!!
It is an easy card to make and suitable for many occasions and ages.

I love this card which is loads of fun . The details on the card from the stamped back ground to adding the Acetate to glass is brilliant.

My favorite part is the little umbrella. Also, the cherry and sword look so realistic. I caught myself wondering how you got the sword through the cherry, but, duh, you just put the sword behind the cherry.

I do love that the Cocktail glass can be made into a 3D glass and with even more bling added around the rim too !!! The accessories are Sooo cute with that fab little umbrella and the cherry.
