Hi crafters! It's time for the Ava die set! Don't you just love all the detail in this set? You may even notice how pretty the Caroline die from the previous post looks sitting right in the centre of the crisscrossed Ava dies! Well spotted if you did! The Ava die comes in three pieces; a very decorative outer section which is what shows here in this samples, an inner cutting rectangle and a very floral centre section that can be used as a focal element all on it's own. How's that for versatility! This was one of my favourites to reach for and I'm sure it will be one of yours too! You just need to pop a comment on this post to be entered into the drawing. Wow!!! Love so much Ava frame, your card is a delight using this and that previous die set! Love the inside of the frame you haven't used here, too, it's so sweet and romantic!!!! Very versatile both!
This is a stunning background and goes lovely with the Caroline die, though it has such pretty flowers in the centre that it seemed an awful shame to have hidden them. I am sure we will see them soon Sue, as I feel you will not be able to resist showing them off to us (well I do hope you wont lol)

Think that this frame is my favourite,although of course they are all beautiful.
For a while, I worried that we had lost you to some corporate decision requiring you to do frames like many of the other companies are doing, but today's designs have proven that the real Sue Wilson, and the unsung artist who interprets your ideas, have still have the grace, beauty and genius that set you apart from all the others.
At first I thought Ava was too much. Really, she could have been two sets, because the interior leafy rectangle is a story unto itself. Also, now I see the family resemblance between Ava and Caroline.
No other company has yet achieved the elegance, pleasing proportions and graceful swirls and curves that are your trademark. Also, the intricate dies of other companies somehow aren't sharp enough to cut as well as yours cut. They're a pleasure to own, a pleasure to use and a pleasure to see our results.

Oh Sue, what can I say - not a great deal as breathing is still uncomfortable due to the pneumonia but I can't think of a better nicer way to take my breath away lol this is adorable far too pretty for me to put into words, I bet in real life it's delicacy and beauty is magnificent and that's just looking at the die as it stands in the packaging that's without thinking of all the pretty cards it will help us make. Yes, yes, yes! This Ava die set is one of my favorites. I am loving all of the tiny swirls and the intricate workmanship and the quality that I know is there in this die. Your card design is amazing with the layers; and the up and down of the layers giving this card such depth in true "Sue Wilson" style.
