Having A Play!

I have been having a good time today preparing for my last minute show tomorrow morning on Create and Craft tv.  I can't quite decide which of the big and Juicy pads that I like best.  The card on the right is the original one that I demoed using the Spice coloured pad and the card on the left is the same card using the new ''Foliage'' coloured pad that is on the show tomorrow morning.  What do you think?

I also had a go at the other card that I brayered and then used the gold mica powder and gold embossing powder on it.  The new pad has been used on the card on the left and the one on the right is from the first show.  The colours are a tad bit warmer in the new one but I think that using either pad for this card works a treat!
I haven't had a great deal of preparation time for this show but I have got four or five demos planned.  I would love if one of my blog followers would send an email.  It's really nice to know that anyone is watching!
Wish me luck!  All for now, Sue x

Hello Sue,

I absolutely love both of the variations! You are showing us they work well in either colour. I can see your show is going to be a huge success and a great inspiration to us all again.

Also, thank you so much for a wonderful workshop last Saturday, I had such a great day and I'm chuffed to bits with all the cards we made... I will definitely be booked on your next workshop in MK, whenever that may be. Oh, and your cookies are amazing!

Good luck for tomorrow, not that you need it, you'll be fab-u-lous! :)

Luv Lynne

I think both cards are terrific. Although in the top one I prefer the spice colours and in the second lot the second card. Maybe it's just the image. All wonderful though.

Looking forward to your show tomorrow - or should that be today - as I enjoyed the last one so much. May not get chance to watch live as I will be getting ready for work but have set Sky+ to record it for viewing when I get home. I hope you get one of the less talkative presenters - maybe Dave as he will listen and not keep trying to talk over you like most of the others do. Good luck.

Sue, wishing you all the best for the show today. I shall be at work so will have to tape it. Both of the cards are brilliant but if I had to choose I would choose the Spice one. Safe journey. Best wishes, Kym xxx

I didn't realise that you were going to be at Kettering till I saw Suzanne's message. I heard that someone was bringing cookies though!! I'm going too so am now looking forward to meeting you as well (and the cookies).

I'm not a follower, but I had to comment. I can see your dilemma. I love both of them. but I prefer the warmer, rich one on the left, but that's just me.

Hi Sue,
Another great show and yes I love both the colour schemes, but I think I have a slight preference for the Spice pad.

Hi Sue - all the shows have been brilliant and it makes such a change for C&C to get someone like you on showing your brilliant projects. Love all the Big & Juicy inkpads - they look amazing the way you use them. Especially loved the sandpaper technique - inspired!!! lol

Hi Sue - found you at last - I've recorded your first prog on C&C 3 times and were never introduced. Extremely frustrating when I heard what a great blog you have! So thanks to Denice today for introducing you properly. You did a great job - especially with such short notice. I'm happy to see either you or Sheena more often, and now I have both your blogs I can keep up.
