Leaves Are Falling

Hello bloggers!  For today's card, I cut a piece of white card to use for the background and accented the sky with several clouds from the Twinkle Twinkle Clouds and Stars die set and cut from arctic blue card.  I used the bare tree from the Swing Tree die set and cut them in brown and glued them slightly overlapping to the card.  I actually used the icicle die from the Snowflake Edger die set to cut and cut it in green to look like grass and I glued that across the bottom of the card.  I added a few loose leaves to the trees to show that they had been dropping their leaves and a few on the ground floor as well.  Using some of the dies from the Forest Floor Foliage, I added them across the grass area for interest.  I cut Millie the Mouse in shades of grey and assembled her then added her to the scene as well.  I cut the Leaves Are Falling sentiment out of a dark brown card and added it to a white shadow backing die.  The card was completed with white, tan and dark brown mats and layers.  The finished dimensions are 6 1/2"  x  8 1/2"  in size.  All for now.
