Just Because

Hello crafters!  I used Pixie Powders to start the background for today's card.  I used Sun Yellow and Burnt Orange Pixies, then covered them with a piece of cling film and scrunched it up and let it dry.  Once dry, I removed the cling film and used the Graduated Dots embossing folder to add texture to the background.  I cut the Because Big Bold Word in black and glued it to the middle of the background.   Using the Double Stitched Rectangles, I added a thin white frame around the word.  I stamped the additions to the sentiment and cut them out with the tag dies, then added them above and below the main sentiment.  The card was completed with white and black mats and layers.  The finished dimensions are 6 1/2"  x  8 1/2" in size.  All for now. Sue x

Morning dear Sue and all.
I'm longing for the day I have a reason to invest in a couple of these dies, whether you want CAS, batch makes, these dies open up so many ways of use and never two alike anywhere In the world - now that's what I call versatile and excellent value for money.
Whatever you're all up to today please stay safe and keep caring xxx

Good Mornings Sue. Great card this morning Sue. And your background is gorgeous. The sun is just coming round in to my back garden making everything the same colour as your pixies. Just so lovely to watch after two horrendous day's of wind and rain. I too am hoping to invest in these fabulous big dies. Thankyou Sue. Sending hugs and best wishes to everyone who needs them today
PLEASE KEEP STAYING SAFE 🙏 🙏 🙏
Kind regards Ann Toppcards

Hello Sue
Lovely card, these dies are fabulous, the Happy and Birthday get used a lot by me, especially when I am stuck for an idea for a mans card. I have also used them for teenage grandchildren. They are so versatile

Morning Sue and all Wilsonettes, another beautiful bright colour for todays background with the pixie powders and the black outline words and white frame, a quick card I should think once you had prepared the pixie powders and let it dry, great idea.

Help Sue and all
Lovely bright card, I love these dies. I used Birthday for my grandson today, paper pieced with a piece of holographic glitter card and am so happy with it. 16 year olds can be hard to make for but these dies seem to be able to be adapted for anyone.
