More CHA Pics

Hi blog friends!  I thought you might enjoy seeing the remainder of the pics that I took while at CHA.  They are rather random, just things or samples that caught my eye.  I can't yet say too much about the new products that we found, sorry about that, but I will say that there may be some kraft card involved (yeah!).

This dress took the designer 6 months to make I was told!  All the flowers were individually made by hand.  Now that is truly patience!
Here are some of Wendy Vecchi's samples.  Aren't they spectacular!  Creative Expressions carries her line now and we are adding the new designs and stamps as well as her new resin pieces from Blossom Bucket.

A beautiful sample showcasing some incredible work.

Some lovely jewelry.

I loved the unusual dress and body painting on this model.

Here are two of my favourite people, Suze Weinberg and Stacey Caron.  I have known Suze for about fifteen years and Stacey is the owner of Spellbinders.

Here are a couple of pics of one of the classes that took place the evening before the opening of the show.  This class was being taught by Juliana Hudgins who is a designer for the Spellbinders line.  Her new line is called "Positively Me" and I am hoping to be able to play with these new dies when I get back home.
A pic of the Spellbinders booth at the beginning of the show.

All for now, Sue x

Thanks for sharing the pics, the flower dress is stunning, as you say such patience. The Spellbinder stand looked full of goodies, bet it was empty at the end of the show, can't wait for you show some us some of them on C&C. Hugs, June x

Thanks for showing us the pictures, I adore Wendy Vecchi products so great to hear you will be stocking them. The Spellbinder lady sounded lovely when she telephoned in to C&C a couple of weeks ago - she is so enthusiastic, which is lovely.

Thanks for the fab pictures Sue. I must admit when I first saw that bejewelled dress I was in awe. Its the sort of thing I love to do (anything with beads) and would love to be a part of making. Oh..in another life!!
There are some truly gifted/talented people about and I don't want to sound soppy but, doesn't it do your heart good to see all this happy creativity in this world normally full of dreary news (and weather for that matter).
Thanks again for sharing with us.
Also, Sue P. yes I agree with you I thought the necklace would look right on Sue and I also thought the pendant part of it looked like a Suzi W. creation (she is so clever with UTEE, metal etc)
Have a great evening Linda x

Hi Sue, great to see the photos, was having problems with blogger last night so only just seeing them. The flower dress is inspirational. Where did the designer find the patience from & the confidence that it would work out the way planned? Hope the photos of the art parts mean we will get an extension of the range. With Love & Light Theresa. H
