Thank You

Hello bloggers!  I was going for a simple vintage sort of look for today's card.  I started with the background and used two piece of milk card and slowly ripped around all the edges.  I used some Antique Linen Distress ink around the edges lightly.  I matted the two pieces together.  Next I made a couple of pieces of card using the autumnal colours of the Enchanted Sprinkles.  I cut the Autumn Wreath twice out of the card and matted them together and then glued them to the centre of the background.  I cut several twigs out of brown card from the Forest Floor Foliage die set.  I added them to the bottom of the wreath as accents.  I cut the Thank You sentiment out of the Enchanted Sprinkles card and glued them to a backing of milk card, then added it to the centre of the wreath with mounting foam.  The card was completed with milk mats and layers.  The finished dimensions are 7"  x  7"  in size.  All for now, Sue x

Good morning Sue and all Wilsonettes, another gorgeous card with the tearing of 2 layers of milk card, which looks really effective, you really do have some good ideas.
Stay safe, healthy and happy, hugs, June Smith xxx
