A few for you, Sue.
1.In which year was King Charles III born?
2.What is the name of the snake in The Jungle Book?
3.What is Arachibutyrophobia a fear of?
4.What is the birth name of George Orwell?
5. What is the name of the largest moon in our solar system?
Hi Deb, I knew all of these today with the exception of the question from the Simpsons (I have never watched that show) but still great questions, thank you so much!!
Hi Liz, I do not know what year King George III was born but I will hazard a guess, sometime in the 1700's maybe ( I think he was the King when we split from England in 1775 so he was probably born around 1725 -1730 maybe). The snake's name was Kaw. Number 3 is the fear of peanut butter sticking to the roof of your mouth I believe. George Orwell's birth name was Eric Blair. The largest moon is Ganymede, one of Jupiter's moons (and it is actually larger than the planet of Mercury! I love planet trivia ever since I took an astronomy class in college! Great questions today! Thank you so much!
I think you misread question 1. 😉 The snake’s name was Kaa.
Hi Liz, Ha ha ha, you are correct, I did misread it, I see that now. The snake's name was just my misspelling it as I did not recall that spelling, but it sounds the same at least. I did check the birth date of King George III after I posted the comment and much to my surprise, he and I share the same birth date (month and day, not year! LOL) and I wasn't too far off the year when I guessed so I was pleased for that. It was June 4th, 1738 so I learned something new even if I misread the question! LOL
What a coincidence that you share a birthday with King George III. I share a birthday with Leonardo DiCaprio, although I'm a year or two older than him. 🤣 I knew how to spell the snake's name. The leaders in the Cub Scouts are named after characters in the Jungle Book. My Dad was Kaa.... many years ago.
