  1. Happy Saturday Sue. Starting to feel stir crazy now especially when the UK weather is being so unusually kind to us, this shielding would be so much easier if the weather was cold and unpleasant and I've done so much cutting of dies I've done my joints no good at all as the cutting plates are so heavy so after I've watched your video I will go back to looking at the archives of all the other video tutorials over the Particraft years. This Leafy frame is so beautiful and makes the classiest of cards, so if it's not part of your family can I suggest it to you, you certainly won't be disappointed.

To all our blog family. ....

  9. Good Morning Sue. I love this card it's great for the men. But also... I have made some lovely ladies cards using this die. I bought it as soon as it came out. And it's also good for extending it if you need a little bigger space in the middle ....but ...I never thought of using the powders on darker card. Next try out on the agenda.
Thankyou Sue for all the inspiration you are giving us in these very worrying times. Sending hugs and best wishes to everyone who needs them this morning. Kind regards Ann Toppcards Leeds.

  11. Hi Sue

A lovely card. I bought a creative expressions stamp set because it had a swirl stamp in it that you had used on a card ages ago. It is very similar to this one, so I’ll have to dig it out and use it. Great video, it explains how you’ve created the card beautifully.
It’s my in-laws 60th Wedding Anniversary today. Such a shame it’s in these lockdown days, but as long as they stay safe they can celebrate later.

  12. Beautiful card Sue I forget to use PP on darker card After watching the video maybe I will go and “play” although at the moment my enthusiasm has waned a bit Much easier to snuggle down in my favourite armchair and pick up a crochet hook!
    Take care all x

  14. Morning Sue, another great video, thank you! I hadn’t done any stamping and embossing for ages but yesterday I got out some of your older stamps and dies and had a play. As you say, watching the embossing turn that bright gold always amazes me too! Beautiful card, think I will try this one today. Love Jean xxx

Good Morning Sue and all the Wilsonettes
What a lovely card Sue and such a useful sentiment. If I get everything that's on my wish list I'll have to buy a bigger house. Maybe I should make my storage room into a second craft room.I'm going to make some Pixie Powder backgrounds this afternoon (hopefully)
I love everything you do Sue. Especially the videos.

    KEEP SAFE EVERYONE

An elegant design. I do love heat embossing. I have not tried pixies onto colored card stock. I certainly should do this. Your Leafy Frame is a beautiful die. I like the botanical look of it. I don't think I have this one, but wish I did. Thank you for the helpful video. It reminded me I can cut away the inter area of a die cut and your easy way to "see" where to cut.
