Spread Your Wings & Fly


Hello crafters!  I thought I would share one of the pretty All In One Collection cards.  I started with a piece of black card and used the Blue Pearl, Red Pearl and Green Pearl Opal Pearl Polishes across it.  I just added random swipes from each colour then allowed them to dry.  I cut the outside shadow die from the Spread Your Wings die set out of it.  I cut the Spread Your Wings die out of black gloss card and glued it on top of the background.  I cut the Spread Your Wings die again, but this time out of white card.  I cut away the two birds in i and glued them over the top of the birds in the gloss die cut.  I added it to a larger piece of Black Gloss card, leaving a wide edge.  The card was completed with white and black mats and layers.  The finished dimensions are 6"  x  7 1/4" in size.  All for now.     Oh my word could a day start any better than this, I couldn't believe just how different this new collection was before the launch they looked beautiful then but with all the inspirational work coming through they are a sight to behold a simple background is all these dies need no more no less xxx

    Well my first thought was “how dramatic” because of the black contrasted with the opal polish background- but an earlier comment was that it was peaceful looking. A great card.

    Stunning card this morning , the background created with the polishes works so perfectly with die. The spread your wings really stands out in the black gloss card. Its lovely to see more samples from your new dies.

    Well now I know what colour opal polishes to start my collection with, then thanks to your generosity I can replicate this lovely card. I think this saying will be ideal for my grandchildren leaving university & starting the next phase of their lives. As I have a lot of grandchildren it will be well used.     I’m late again sorry sue went into hospital for an op on my eye my blood pressure was high I waited most of the day it remand high so they sent me home no opyour beautiful card has cheered me up so much loved the sentiment and the beautiful colours
