  3. What a beautiful start to the day. Youve made so many stunning samples with this collection of gorgeous dies. They are so very intricut and pretty and lend themselves to the most stunning backgrounds. The cards that are coming through on Facebook are just astounding Sue, followers of your inspiration and work are doing the most amazing pieces of art and showing their outstanding talent of which I'm so envious in a friendly way. I can't financially invest in the Hexagonal or Octagon collection of dies, but I'm certainly loving and investing in all the beautiful special cards I'm seeing about, thank you.
Sending love and hugs and hoping your day is full of laughter and love xxx

Not that my offerings will be half as good as yours, but I enjoy using your dies to see what I can come up with, and that's what crafting is all about. Hugs xx Pauline in S.A.

Absolutely stunning card today Sue. Love the colour and the delicate look of the beautiful dies and of course the flowers. Will watch the video later.
Karen M I hope you are enjoying Australia wherever you are, the weather here is perfect for summer at the moment though maybe not for moving craft room ! Thank you for the good wishes, the big furniture was moved this morning so now it is a matter of moving the arsenal from the garage to the craft room so that my poor little car can have his home back.

  20. Good morning Sue,
Hexagons really appeal to me, way back in 1985 I broke with tradition and had a hexagon three tiered wedding cake! Your card is stunning, so filigree and feminine with the use of vellum. Thank you for the wonderful inspiration.x

  31. Well put, Lyn Cleasby: Maximum effect. And Marion Scott, thank you for the word delicacy. Everything together, with the flowers done a different way, and the touch of blue, all add up to terrific.

I was thinking about the card with the high and low stamping. You know how some people wanted to add a plain color brpetween the layers of stamped flowers? Well what if you stamped two pages of flowers, each using only half the colors. Then cut the layers, put every other one in one pile and the corresponding ones in another pile and make two cards, with the layers all flowers but alternating light and dark, or however you divided your colors. Or stamp one page with leaves and one page with flowers and alternate those in the layers.

If I may join the chorus of those who say how nice the Hexagons are to work with. If I had known the Octogons were coming, I might have waited to see which ones I like better. But I already invested in the Hexagons, so I'll have to do without the Octogons.

    One more day until Friday!

    Best, Donita

A lady who attends my line dance class is 80 years old next month and I have been asked by three of her friend for an extra special card. So have three cards to make for the same lady plus one from myself. Thank heaven for party craft and you Sue. I am sure I am on a winner with any of your cards. And you know what...... how much I will enjoy scrolling back and choosing which one's to add my own ideas to. I don't know where any of this family of bloggers would be without you.

Muriel - I’m about to embark on a Craft Room upgrade! Like Izzy I’m getting rid of stuff that hasn’t been used for a while. I need to rethink desk and some storage. I’m removing the single bed. We do not need it. Should have done this years ago!
