Finishing Touches

Hello crafters!  This next die set is one of my personal favourites.  The Rose Spray Corners have been designed in a deboss fashion to give a lovely intricate detail to the roses.  The deboss allows you to do letterpressing techniques with these that will really give your projects the wow look.  There is a left and a right facing die in the set so you can use them in more ways and they are slightly asymmetrical in design so you can have the longer or shorter side going whichever way you need to for your projects as well.  Shown in this samples, you can see just how nicely they work around circular dies to add a bit of detail to your cards.  Leave a comment if this one tickles your fancy.  The next post is at 3pm today.  All for now, Sue x

  58. Lovely card and the sentiment is so right. Great versatile dies again.

Pam, glad you're feeling a bit better but sorry to hear that work is treating you so badly. My daughter had exactly the same trouble even though she had spelled out about her ill health before she got the job. She is fortunate that between having babies she can work for herself. I know it's hard for an employer if staff are on sick leave a lot but if it's a genuine case and not just lots of odd days they should accept it. I'm sure you would prefer to not be sick.

    Sorry, rant over.

I have had my eye on this die from the moment I saw it. A little different from the other corners you have given us but as always truly stunning. Another want/need/got to get my hands on it x
I have managed to browse the last 3 days of posts which I missed. Sue you are a miracle worker and the cards in this launch are so amazing. We have such high expectations of everything Sue Wilson and the mere mention of your name creates excitement and sends me into a frenzy. You have managed to conjure up visions of far away lands, exotic flowers and beautiful butterflies - not to mention handbags that would be completely out of my price range and perfume bottles that would not look out of place in a locked glass cabinet with a big sign saying - DO NOT TOUCH. You are the gift that just keeps on giving and giving and giving x
My morning did not quite go according to plan thanks to a pigeon in the garden which cannot fly. Said pigeon is now under a washing basket (instructions from the RSPCA) and they will at some point come and collect Percy (I thought the name appropriate)! Secretly hoping for a young and handsome RSPCA officer x
So as yet I have not seen yesterday's Hochanda Show (not happy bout that)! Not completely up to date with all comings and goings (still working on that) x
Pam - hope you spent the long weekend resting and I hope you are not going to rush back to work until you are up to it x
Laine - speak to you later hun - give mum my love x
Elaine - the scrabble tournament sounds like my kind of fun. Been thinking of you all. Love and hugs x
Myra - have texted Maureen. I am thinking of her and George x
I know there is probably so much I have missed but this is not deliberate. I send happy thoughts and lots of love to you all especially my lovely blog besties and those going through a tough time x

  155. Just catching up after a day of sorting my embroidery threads. I wanted to stitch a card and couldn't find the threads I needed. But now they are sorted I have what I need ( in fact I managed to stitch the project) I just need to make it into a card. And these corner dies may just be the thing to finish it off.

  163. I am always looking for some pretty corner dies as there aren't enough of them on the market, until now. These look so pretty around your center of the card. I can see myself water coloring the tiny spaces that are debossed to create some beautiful corners. Thanks for another lovely die set, Sue and for thinking of us users when making your dies. It's always nice having dies that go in opposite directions so we don't have to flip our paper over and try to make the dies work. You think of everything!

This is definitely a WOW! card design. This wonderful Rose Spray Corners die set does tickle my fancy! I remember this rose spray from an eariler card from this latest die release. I knew right away that this is a die set that I would like to own and use on my cards. The debossing is lovely on this set.

These Rose Spray Corners are lovely. Glad to be home and see them on my laptop as on my cranky old phone all I could see was the shape. I need new specs and a new phone but think I need new dies more!!
