  1. Beautiful card Sue, it's gorgeous.
Have a great time at Ally Pally with the CE team, and all of the many bloggers who are going and dying to speak to you.
Congratulations to our luck winner Karen W.
Elaine, I hope the doctor was able to help Helen, it sounds as if you are both at breaking point, don't rule out that you need help too Elaine, you are carrying a massive load on your shoulders. I send caring hugs to help you all, wish it could be more.
Wheeley, so happy to see your post. I'm soery that Mr W just lost out again he tries to be so positive. Take things easy, we don't want you missing again due to overdoing it.
P, it is a lovely view, yesterday morning we saw the University rowing teams practicing, about 8 boats, looked wonderful, scattered a couple of swans who were lazily paddling No swans or humans damaged in the process.
Dawn, sorry to hear the op on your back did not go well, please take it easy, no AP for either of us.
It was tragic to see that Andrea lost her fight for life after the Westminster attacks. Such a beautiful girl, her poor fiancé and family must be devastated.
Have a great day at AP, I know June will make it, her hubby is such a tease but he won't disappoint her, I hope to see you in the televised shows, give a wave.
Hugs to all, safe journey to AP, thinking of our missing and poorly friends.

Wheelybad, I'm sorry that Mr W was disappointed again but his attitude is fabulous. Elaine, I agree with Pam that you need to take care of yourself too. Congratulations to Karen on your win. We broke up yesterday, so two weeks of cleaning and crafting (not necessarily in that order), coming up. Hugs to all. Sue xxx

  9. Morning Sue. Wow ! Another clever beautiful sample, will be going to find out how after I've done with my comment. Feeling very disappointed that I don't see you in the live show line up this weekend (unless the planner has got it wrong) I was all ready to have a quiet hour's rest watching you create your usual works of art - feeling selfishly fed up now lol oh well, off to watch the tutorial.
Congrats to Karen on receiving the most gorgeous giveaway card, something to treasure.
Have a great day Sue whatever you're up to today xx

  10. Beautiful card today Sue, really pretty.
Congratulations to Karen on your win.
So sorry not to have left a comment yesterday. The intention was there as it is such a brilliant card and I went to my iPad to look but we had one of those days yesterday. It started first thing when my shopping arrived with three broken eggs and a 4pint bottle of milk split so the three bags of shopping in that crate all had to be washed before I could put away. It just went on from there and even breakfast was a meal of two halves a hour and a half apart! Classic car season is now upon us so we're off to the breakfast club at Coventry Transport museum shortly. How I wish it was AP.
Echoing all of Pam's comments and special thoughts to Elaine who cares for the rest of the family so well - don't forget to look after yourself.
Crafty hugs to all. Hope everyone at AP has a great time.

  33. Hi Sue
What a gorgeous card today, very elegant, it's amazing what you can do with a corner die isn't it. I hope you gave a fun time at Ally Pally and enjoy catching up with all your crafting friends and the other members of the team. I quite understand you not being on tv, the craft shows are tiring enough to do and there is a huge amount of prep involved. To add the additional stress of all the prep work that is involved in doing a live demo it's all so much additional work you don't need. It's good to see john showcasing your dies and Phil and Julia too. Take care.

Awesome card using the corner die cuts for more than corners on a card. You are so clever. Hope you are enjoying Ally Pally. Wish I could be there.

  101. Lovely card today Sue. I have the Mia die and today bought the Atlantic background and the corners and border so will have a go at this card. Was good to see you again and have a chat. Sorry you are still not feeling 100% and hope you will be able to take it easy after tomorrow. AP is a brilliant show. Thank you. Take carex

  102. Hi Sue,

Beautiful card, lovely colors, great tutorial! You pushed us again to think outside the box. Hope you had great time at Ally Pally today. One more day to go. Have a great day Sue!

Congratulations to our luck winner Karen W.

    June –How was your day?
Elaine – I hope Helen feels better soon. Sending my hugs to you all.
Wheely Bad – Thank you so much for the big hello hug. It’s nice to see old bloggers coming back. So sorry to hear about what you are going thru. You always will find support on this blog, it’s the least we can do. Hope you’ll feel better soon.
Laine – I tried and it worked, but to try extra hard to be nicer? What’s the point? Yes, I miss my ally but I am happy for her (not like others, I won’t give any names:)) but the real reason is my busy schedule: work, b-days cards, Easter cards, fill out the taxes for 2016, etc. Laine,Laine, Laine you are trying so hard to win me over but I made my mind a while ago! You should know it by now. Unfortunately it’s not 1980 anymore. You don’t even have to know English to be able to move to Canada. Soon probably if you want to move here you’ll be asked to learn other languages than English and French. I love French (not le Quebecois). It’s the language of love.

Hope everyone going to Ally Pally has a good time. Wish I could be there.

    Have a lovely day everyone
