Shabby Chic Resist Technique
Hi bloggers! If you like that shabby chic look, today's video shows you another way to achieve it through a resist technique using a white crayon!
Stunning card Sue, love it. Laine, my heart breaks for you, you are all in limbo at the moment. As regards the card, if it relates to your dad, go for colours or flowers that he liked and it will always be right. Daily hugs to Sue, Melody, Francis, Laine, Tracey, hope you are okay honey. Hugs all round
Hi Sue Another stunning card love the colours and the dies I will be watching the video when I get home from work so I can enjoy seeing you crafting thank you for your inspiration tracyw xxx
Hi Sue. Gorgeous card and brilliant video, we'll all being raiding our children/grandchildren's crayon box! Any of your cards with a beautiful flower/bow/stickpins is always a winner with me. Sue XXX

Good morning Sue. Another fab video tutorial, thank you. I love todays card and will be buying the Barely Nude Colour Cloud as it will be very useful in the scrapbook I'm gradually making of my wedding pictures (taken 31 years ago today-eek!). X
Morning Sue, I loved watching you show this technique, and how wonderful does it look, a fabulous card, I love shabby chic. Lots of love from Patricia xx
Not so shabby, Sue, and certainly very chic! Exquisite, in fact - so pretty and a real 'Sue' card, nice new technique with the wax crayon and love the floral embellishment and pins. You're right, avoid sagging at any cost! Great video as ever, thank you.
And I went and threw away my waxed crayons recently as my nephew is well over the age of wanting to use them!! How could I have foreseen that the white one could be so useful?
An interesting technique that has gone towards producing a beautiful card. The colour cloud comes up pink on my iPad but I will assume it is far more subtle that in real life. Certainly one for the stash I think.
Good Morning Sue on a bright sunny and cold morning, another fabulous technique will have to give it a go presently. I love the colour and the embossed background looks stunning. hugs Shirleyxxxxxxx

I had to smile when you were feeling the embossing folder to find the right side, I often find myself doing that too , do you think you could get somerhing printed on one side for a quick reference. I eventually get round to writing on mine but until that point I'm having to feel. Sorry to be a pain but I know you like feedback! Take care Love Diane G xxx
Tracey sorry I had to chuckle about your card - you and your friend will have a good laugh about it for years to come, that's good friends for you and at the moment you are allowed! Xxx
