All The Rest Of The Christmas Cards

Hello bloggers!  And a very Merry Christmas to all of you that have stolen a moment today to pop by the blog.  Traditionally, today is the day that I post the remainder of the Christmas cards that have not found their way onto the blog throughout the year.  I did start the Friday double day posts quite a bit earlier than usual too!  As you can see, I probably still have enough cards for several more months of Fridays!    To be honest, I am not entirely certain if I have gotten them all, and there may even be one or two that I had posted and forgotten, but all in all, here they are. The cards are in no particular order, just as I happened to find them in my folder.   Please let me know which ones are your favourites of this lot or even if you have a special card that was shown during one of the Friday double days.  I would love to hear.  I hope that everyone has a simply wonderful day and are able to enjoy it with family and friends!  All for now, Sue x

  9. Good morning Sue and everyone. Thank you for your continuous inspiration, there's something in each of these cards that I love. This year I've been very partial to the ones using texture paste, your sentiment dies and of course any with diamond sprinkles or snow! It's been fantastic to have lots of double Christmas Fridays, I wouldn't mind if we had them every week as next year I am NOT going to leave my cards until the last minute.
I would like to wish everyone a very Happy Christmas and to send special hugs to those in pain or missing loved ones. Sue XXX

  36. MERRY CHRISTMAS SUE AND FAMILY,

Enjoy the festivities of this special season with your family and friends.

My favourite cards would have to be the pink and blue snowflake ones. There is something so magical about snowflakes, at first glance they are just a lump but under a magnifying glass they are a work of art.

Merry Christmas to all fellow Wilsonettes, thank you all for your gift of friendship and your love, support and commiserations through all my trials and tribulations the last few years. You are so much appreciated more than you will know.

Now onto the cards, I absolutely love every single one of them, you continue to give me so much inspiration and for this I thank you from the bottom of my heart. Well as to a favourite well that is a very hard question but I think the blue and white snowflake one springs to mind, closely followed by the 1st one with the cobalt ribbon on it with a close runner up of all the let it snow cards, now that has given you something to think about hasn't it.

  107. Good afternoon Sue and all the Wilsonettes,
What stunners we still hadn't seen Sue in this beautiful display of stunning WOW's. How could we choose our favourite or favourites as they are all so different and special in their own unique way. What a power of work you have put in this last year Sue if you still have more stunning creations still to make an appearance. I hope that you are having what would be for you a UNIQUE day off, lol. Wishing all you and your family the best of what life has at the moment and brings you more love and inspiration for the year ahead.
To all the Wilsonettes who need a gentle hug and prayer i send them, to all those on their own or struggling i hope that 2016 will be a brand new beginning that opens its arms wide and gives you a boost and to everyone i wish that you are on the road up that long hill and getting to reach the impossible
    Love and crafty hugs

  148. Hi Sue, Christmas Day is nearly over and I am just sitting down to the computer! I had a sneak peek on the tablet in between peeling the potatoes and carving the turkey but no time for commenting. You have given us such a wonderful selection over the past few months and now even more beautiful cards to drool over. I cannot choose any one specific card as a favourite but if it contains the Dove, Peace on Earth, the Deer Family or the trees it gets my vote, these have been my favourite dies this year.

I hope you have had a lovely day and gave yourself a well deserved break.

  153. Hi Sue

A very merry Christmas to you and yours... Billy sends a very sleepy waggy tail and a kiss- he's had a big day!

Thank you for all you do to help us, the cards, the videos and tv and of course your blog. A bit of crafty sunshine that brightens each day! No matter how rough I feel that email notification with a card each day means more to me than I can say! I smile every time that card reveals itself, that you give your creativity to us each day and it gives so much pleasure... Sue, that's one of the greatest gifts you can give, thank you so, so much.

Jeez... choose a card? Ok, I tried, I did... honest... but it kinda went something like this-

"Ooo... love that... and that... really like that...
    ...oh, that's lovely...
... and that... um, how many?... love that one too... and that...
    ... bugger, lost count...
...oh dear, there's more... love those too...
    ... aaah **** it...
    ... I love them aaaalllllll!"

I think it's a fair bet to say if it's blue, purple and/ or contains snowflakes or poinsettia it's an absolute winner and the rest I just really like!

Christmas hugs and kisses to everyone on the blog, hope Santa has been generous with crafty goodies for all!

I've struggled to find a moment to visit till now. Up late this morning, a lovely lunch with in laws, back here for a rest while Mr W and Billy had a wander. We then opened gifts then after Billys tea we went back to in laws for our tea and for Billy to see his doting grandparents. Watching a lurcher unwrap his presents is great entertainment and he was royally rewarded for his excellent behaviour at tea time by his grandad feeding him some scraps of ham. He was asleep 20 minutes after getting home (not long before his mum!) and he had to drag himself into the garden for his night time business, asleep again very soon after! I over indulged... had a couple of kips today and I think the sugar is now giving me a third wind... in both senses lol!

Big hugs again to every one of you. Praying those in the north west UK suffer no further damage from flooding. So glad at last they got some assistance from the army. Just hope they were able to have a relatively normal Christmas.

  155. All are so pretty, so much inspiration. My favorite is not among these. My favorite is the one with the deer among the trees in a frame from several months ago. I purchased the tree die and several of the gilding wax and created my own version of your card. I received so many positive comments about this year's card. Thank you for creating this beautiful die so I could receive the accolades you deserve. I give you the credit for the die and inspiration.

  156. Merry Christmas, Sue and Wilsonettes, hope you've all had a fabulous day.

We spent most of the day with our youngest son, David, our daughter in law, Kelly and baby grandson and his older brother.
We had Christmas dinner with them and several members of Kelly's family. It 's been a lovely day.

I particularly like the third, and fourth cards and the one with the pink poinsettias that You posted previously, Sue but also like several others from today's post. I have too many favourites from the double days to list them all !!!
Thank you for all your posts over the past year !!!

  165. Thank you for all the inspiration. My cards this Christmas have been created using your festive collection 2015 with some older dies. The comments I got were amazing but the cards were made easy using the dies and following your tutorials on you tube.

I made around 50 special cards for family and friends and not all the same. The variety of creation was amazing and just flowed once I started crafting.

I look forward to next years festive collection and in the meantime will start making cards for a winter wedding in just a few weeks and many birthday cards throughout 2016.
