Triple D-Lite

Hi bloggers!  How spoiled do you feel today?  Not one, not two, but three cards in one post!  I am trying to get through the last of the Die D-lite cards that I have.  For some strange reason, not all of my photos loaded on to my computer so the first two cards don't have multiple pics like the last one does.  They are both uber simple though so they really don't need much in the way of pics or explanations.  The first one is my favourite of the bunch as I just love the way it came together.  The background was embossed with a Couture Creations folder whose exact name escapes me (maybe Petal Pleasure or something like that).  If anyone knows, please post it in a comment.  I used the Grand Rectangles to create the border around it and the Ornamental Tag One for the sentiment sign.
The second card uses the Gazebo D-Lite and I have simply recessed it and used the Fretwork mask to emboss the background around it.  I did stamp some swirls on the blush card behind the gazebo and heat embossed them with white powder.  I added a bow tied out of frilly edged ribbon with a sentiment on the tag cut from the petite Labels.

The last card is also using the Gazebo, but this time in a busier setting.  I embossed the background with another Couture Creations folder (again, name escaping me, sorry, it has been awhile since I made these!)  I cut and coloured a couple of the Flower Box die and added them around the gazebo.  I stamped my sentiment and cut it out with the Ornamental tag three and added it to the upper corner.  I finished this one with some pearl PVA glue dots.  The finished dimensions on the last one was 7" x 8", however, the pic I take with the rulers around the card did not load for either of them.  I hope you have enjoyed your triple treat today!  All for now, Sue x

    Hi Sue,
I love all three of the cards (you really have spoilt us this time especially as you had enough on your plate what with packing etc). BUT out of the two gazebo cards, I prefer the more elaborate one. When looking at that I can hear birds sing and feel the warmth of summer (and let's face it, we need to imagine the warmth of summer 'cos we don't have it in reality). It also absolutely spells wedding for me.
I hope the journey back was without any problems or nasty surprises. Welcome back Sue.
    Hugs, Rose

    Dear Sue
What beautiful cards these are all today! Thank you for giving us a triple treat today. I love each and every card for they are all wonderful even if you say they are 'simple' for you. I'd be extremely pleased if any of my cards came out as great as these are.
The flower embossing folder in the first is so pretty, the gazebo in the second and third is wonderful as a centrepiece -I didn't know quite what I'd do with it if I bought that die d-lite so I didn't now having seen your wonderful cards its on my wish list !

I hope your flight was ok and the jet lag isn't too bad.

Best wishes from Katie-Louise sweetlove x
