Rejoice In The Season

Hello there my crafty friends!  I just love this clean and simple styled Christmas card!  I started with a piece of white card and used the Poinsettia Scalloped Border and cut it into opposite ends of the card using just the lattice and looped edge dies.  Next I cut the Wreath Frame in white card.  I used Distress inks and sponged various shades of green onto the foliage.  I used Berry Sparkle PVA glue on the berries.  Using the Round Corner Squares, I made a small white frame and added it to the die with foam mounting tape.  I cut the Rejoice in The Season out of gold card and glued it to the inside of the frame.  I added the wreath frame in a diamond orientation to the centre of the card.  The card was completed with white and gold mats and layers.  The finished dimensions are 8 1/4"  x  8 1/4"  in size.  All for now, Sue x

  2. Oh Sue this is absolutely beautiful, it's crisp and fresh with just the right amount of subtle foliage, this would be just as beautiful for a autumn winter birthday with a change of sentiment. This is one design I could spend all day looking at if it was my fireplace or wall.
Be happy, stay safe keep well xxx

  22. Hi Sue. I love this card too! Although I am usually one for using as much bling as possible on Christmas cards, there are always those for whom a more tasteful card is more appropriate and this is perfect for those people.
