Miss You
Good Sunday morning all! I had a good rummage through my unmounted stamps and found this background to use for today's card. I used the Feather Background stamp and stamped it onto black card using a clear Perfect Medium stamp. I heat embossed it with Gold Detail embossing powder. Next I covered it with a piece of sticky adhesive sheet, peeled the backing paper off of it then coated it with clear micro beads for texture. I made a multi-layered frame to go over it using the Double Stitched Rectangles and added a thin black frame under it. I added it with mounting foam over the background. I cut the vase from the Beautiful Blossoms set out of black gloss card and added foliage from the Elegant Arrangements cut in gold. I added the vase with mounting foam into the corner of the frame and used the Miss You sentiment in the upper corner. I added the entire frame to a larger piece of black card that I glittered around the edge using Black Onyx glitter. The card was completed with white black and antique Gold mats and layers. The finished dimensions are 6 1/2" x 7 1/2" in size. All for now, Sue x
Ohhhhh my goodness, I've just expanded the fabulous photo of today's work of art and I'm speechless Sue, the way the detail shows of the background is truly amazing,it's all so perfect with the stamp, the embossing and the tiny micro beads show up really beautifully, and that's just the background, your new vase and floral collection finish it off, today's wonderful inspiration doesn't just sing, it's a full Eagles show, smooth, emotional and so beautiful it takes your breath away.
