Sweet Baby

Hello crafters!  I have a sweet baby card to share with you today.  I started with a piece of aqua card as my background.  I cut a bunch of stars from the Twinkle Twinkle Cloud and Stars die set in both white and aqua and glued them randomly around the edge of the card.  I added some Iced Snow to the white ones for a bit of sparkle.  Next I cut a wide oval frame using the Double Stitched Ovals die set.  I embossed a piece of white card with the Quilted Hearts folder and attached the oval frame over it.  I added it to the centre of the card with foam.  I used the bunting from the Noah's Ark and cut it out of pink card and blue card and glued it into the frame at the top.  I cut the bunting again out of wisteria card and used the letters and paper pieced them back into the bunting in the frame. From the Zoo Animals and Farm Animals sets,  I cut a rhino out of wisteria and a chicken out of straw card and seated them in the bottom of the frame.  Using the Noble Newborn sentiment set, I cut the word "sweet" out of wisteria and added it just outside the frame.  The card was completed with white mats and layers.  The finished dimensions are 7"  x  8 1/4" in size.  All for now, Sue x

    Hi Sue, you know how to pull the heartstrings with your new arrival gifts, I say gifts as every sample you have shared with us have been worthy of mounting inside a display box frame for a nursery wall, a real keepsake that's for sure. It's also perfect that every New Addition collection you've designed all work beautifully together, you just keep making us smile every day thank you.
