  2. Morning again Sue. The sunflower is one flower that always brings a smile into our life so why not send a card like this to someone who feels under the weather. It's bright and cheerful and would bring happiness to a poorly friend or family member. Looking forward to watching what Lisa does with your dies today ☺

  15. Pretty cool that we can make a stencil for skies from our hills and clouds set. And pretty cool, that those beads will take on the color of whatever paper is underneath, so we don't have to buy beads in many colors.

I love how the seeds of real sunflowers make geometric patterns.

The size of Get Well Soon on this card really makes me appreciate the new mini word sets of this launch.

    Enjoy your Saturday, everybody.

  75. Hi sue, I’m loving the sunflower card, as soon as I seen it the memories came straight back to me where me and my three children would plant a seed each and have a competition who could grow the biggest sunflower, so we got them 3 pots with their names on, so no cheating lol
they looked after the watering and feeding of there own sunflower 🌞 and then the winner would win a prize, so sunflower 🌻 means more to me than any other flower.
Thank you for my memory sue,
I’m also loveing the shows on Hochanda and missing out on your Dies as there all selling out so fast, got most of your Dies but I missed out on the beautiful beaded flowers 💐 so gutted, anyway sorry about the long message, big crafty hugs Julie laz xxx

I love the sunflowers and treating them to micro beaded centres makes them so much more realistic. Great video and good to see it is not a failure if you have to resort to a craft knife when cutting through more thicknesses of card. You didn't say where the sentiment came from - there is the 'soon' that I would be looking for :-)

I'm actually surprised that I like your card so much because sunflowers are NOT my favourite flowers. You are a great teacher Sue and I have learned so much from this blog with you at the helm.
Carmen-Dorothy, I especially love getting your daily hugs from Toronto as I lived in Canada from 1986 until 2010 first in Huntsville and then in Minden and became a proud Citizen along the way.
I'm trying to find a video (hopefully from you Sue) on shaker cards as I'm in the middle of making one and have forgotten the next step.
