Best Wishes

Good Sunday morning all!  I cut the Radiating Background out of both white and black card.  I used the black die cut as a shadow behind the white die cut.  Next, I inked the Tiger Lily Stampcuts with a water based black ink pad and ran it through the die cut machine.  I used alcohol markers to colour it.  I added it to the centre of the background with mounting foam.  I cut the Best Wishes sentiment from the Milestones Wordie sheets and added it the card with mounting foam.  The card was completed with white and black mats and layers.  The finished dimensions are 6 1/2"  x  7 3/4"  in size.  All for now, Sue x

  1. Morning all.
Wow, that Radiating background really does attract the eye into the main floral element it's very powerful with the pop of black, but I can imagine just how delicate it would look with the old rose shade of pink with the salmon and a touch of vintage gold with one of your new layered flowers or the new stamp cuts. A fabulous start to our day.
    Love to all xxx

I also agree with Steph about the different colours to use, I have got to try this out.

  13. Hi Sue. As I have said before, I really love the radiating background die as it draws your eye into the center of the card. I wouldn't have thought of putting flowers in the middle though but I think it really works.
