You Make My Heart Melt
Hi bloggers! I started this card by using three of the dies from the Decorative Squared Rectangles taped together to cut into a piece of white card. I backed it with a piece of pink card. I inked the Old Rose Stampcut using a water based black ink pad and ran it through the die cutting machine. I coloured the image with alcohol markers using shades of pink for the flowers and green for the leaves and stems. I added some glue to the centres of the flowers then sprinkled Frosted Sparkle Glitterbitz on them. I added the die cut image to the centre of the card with mounting foam. I selected the Wordie sentiment You Make My Heart Melt from the Love Wordie sheets and attached it to the side with mounting foam. The card was completed with white mats and layers. The finished dimensions are 7" x 8" in size. All for now, Sue x

Hi Sue. A beautiful inspirational post today. When I look at this I feel peace, serenity and some calmness, I've had lots of appointments and tests over the past few weeks and more to come but for now I'm allowed a rest and this is exactly what I need right now, something relaxing, something to re-fuel my body with and if this has the same effect for our other friends here, then there's going to be lots of relaxed crafters kicking back today lol.
