Good Sunday morning all! I selected a piece of Pixie Sparkled card from my background stash for today's card. It was created using
Groovy Grape and Beyond Blue Pixie Sparkles. I used a
Woodware stamp called Bold Blooms Caroline and stamped it using a
Black Archival Ink Pad in opposite corners. I cut the
Dandelion Stained Glass Circle die in black and added a white vellum backing to it, then attached it in the centre of the card. I stamped the sentiment and cut it out and added it to the lower left corner of the card. The card was completed with white and black mats and layers. The finished dimensions are 7" x 8" in size. All for now, Sue x
Morning Sue and all that visit, although numbers are falling again, let's hope after the festivities we see the groups numbers rocket.
ReplyDeleteI don't think you've shown us this sample before, I don't remember the sample from launch, but I do remember the die and its so pretty it goes to show that it doesn't take many dies or tools to make something as beautiful as this, wish I had your creativity and imagination Sue. I love waking up to Particraft.

ReplyDeleteI'm late this morning and was very tempted to stay in bed as my boiler is STILL not fixed and the engineer is not coming back until Tuesday.
I suddenly realised that I was missing my morning treat (meaning you Sue) and it was worth getting up for.
The colours are beautiful and the background is just perfect. I really like the forground too.

Hi Sue, sorry I did not comment yesterday but I was busy putting up the Christmas tree and decorations on a really miserable and foggy day and the day just vanished. I really like the unusual look of the poinsettias and the embossing folder.
