Tis The Season To Sparkle

Hello bloggers!  Need a quick last minute Christmas card, this is it!  I started by embossing a piece of white card with the Decorative Poinsettia Frame folder.  Next I selected three jewel tone shades of card (iris, cobalt blue and amethyst) and inked the Poinsettia Stampcut die with Black Archival ink and ran it through the die cutting machine with each of the chosen colours of card.  I added a bit of glue to each of the cnetres then sprinkled them with Iced Snow.  I arranged the flower in a cluster in the corner.  I cut the Tis The Season sentiment out of amethyst and black card, shadowed it and glued it it the card.  The card was comleted with white mats and layers.  The finished dimensions are 7"  x  8 3/4"  in size.  All for now, Sue x

    This is really pretty, a lovely start to our weekend.
    My one wish to add to my craft wish list is that these folders came in A4, I do love my larger size folders, or even 8x8, my 'Falling Snow' gets loads of use all year round I don't usually cut smaller mats unless it's a totally plain piece of cardstock to hold a sentiment, quick and classie but I'd love more fest folders slightly larger.
