Thinking Of You
Hi bloggers! I found this little gem in a forgotten folder and thought I would share it! I embossed a piece of white card with the Stripes Embossing folder. Next I cut the Cecelia die in white and backed it with a piece of pixied card made using the Scarlet Mist Pixie Powder. I cut a Pierced Circle for the centre and added my Thinking Of You sentiment in black on it. I inked the Spring Roses and Daffodils Stampcut in black and ran it through the die cutting machine. I used Spun Sugar, Worn Lipstick, Fossilized Amber, Tumbled Glass and Forest Moss Distress Markers to colour it. I inked just the large rose in the die a second time and added a piece of white card to it and ran it through thee die cutter. I hand cut around the rose, coloured it and added it with foam mounting tape on top of the original for dimension. The card was completed with white and black mats and layers. The finished dimensions are 6 1/2" x 8" in size. All for now, Sue x

Morning Sue and all Wilsonettes, oh the Celia die looks amazing in front of the scarlet pixie powders, and perfect with the supercut flowers, lovely sample xx

Hi Sue. There are times your post really catches our attention, but this has to be one of prettiest so far this year, there are some designer's that bring out really fussy and over ornate dies that they overpower the rest of the project but yours have finesse and class, if only I had the talent to look at a die and know what I'm going to do with it straight away, I can spend allllll day looking at dies and cardstock etc and still have no idea where its going to lead lol so this is a 2021 winner in my opinion well worth a mounted wall frame and well worth a lot more visits today. Have a safe and healthy day everyone xxx
