Hello there my crafty friends! Today's card offering is a clean and simple styled card. I cut piece of white card and used the
Fanciful Flowers embossing folder to add texture to the background. Next I inked the
Butterfly Stampcut die with black ink and ran it through the die cutting machine. I did this three more times, then used
Distress Markers to colour all of them. Once coloured, I used spray glue on each of them, then coated them with
Frosted Sparkle Glitterbitz. I added each of the butterflies to the background, then cut the
For Someone Special sentiment in black and glued it into the lower corner. The card was completed with white and black mats and layers. The finished dimensions are 6" x 8 1/2" in size. All for now, Sue x

ReplyDeleteBack from mummy and nanny duties, I did quickly look at Monday and Tuesday posts both beautiful samples Sue to brighten my day, it's all so real now with hospital visits to have a permanent line put into her arm, and an appointment to choose her hair piece and so it goes on - so this blog and reading the lovely posts are a God send.
Today's sample feels light and airy, it's gentle and butterflies have different meanings to different people they are such beautiful creatures so colourful and delicate and like everything you do you have made their wings look so real. Imagine batch making and having each card with different coloured butterflies, they would make beautiful notelets if we used smaller cards and butterflies especially with the sentiments you have provided for us.
