Beautiful Inside And Out

Good Sunday morning all!  I embossed a piece of white card with the Fanciful Flowers embossing folder.  I used the debossed side of it and ran a Shaded Lilac Distress Oxide pad lightly over the top of it, leaving the embossed pattern uninked.  Next I used the Double Stitched Rectangles and made a wide white frame to go over it.  I cut the Beautiful Bold word out of white and black and shadowed it then added it to the centre of the card.  I stamped the rest of the sentiment and added it below.  Using the Pinwheel Flowers, I added a single flower, using shaded lilac as the bae and then adding the outline over it.  I added some of the Pinwheel flower leaves in white as accents.  The card was completed with white mats and layers  The finished dimensions are ???? in size.  All for now, Sue x

    Hi Sue there's absolutely nothing scary about today's sample, I feel a little 'Anton-ish' this morning lol this is nothing but adorable Sue, the ef is gorgeous but highlighted with the lilac shows how much work and depth and detail is involved. This Halloween beauty is too luscious for words, a true Sue Wilson for sure xxx

    Good Morning Sue. Ahhhhhh I remember this embossing folder from a couple of weeks ago. You did a clean and simple card. I loved it so much that I bought the folder. And ... here it is again and what another great card made with it too. I love it. A quick card but Ohhh so effective. Also good for making a few at a time if you need something in a hurry. Thankyou Sue.

    Hi Sue. What a beautiful card today. I love the background and I have tried this technique before but I am not very good at it as I am quite heavy handed. Perhaps I should give it another try.

    I was just thinking about you and how consistent you are - you must be a really busy bee to create such beautiful cards each day - do you have time to do anything else?
    I thought at first glance, this card used one of the floral panels - my absolute faourites. So I think I could substitute them.

    Love it! Love everything about this card and for sure I can make something very similar since I have the Beautiful sentiment and the Pinwheel Flowers. This design works for different occasions and in different colors. Again, I love it. Thanks for sharing , Sue.
