Hi crafters! I thought it was time for a cute Christmas card!
The Penguin Palace die set came right to mind for it too! I started this card by cutting the
Twinkle Star Background out of
Cobalt Blue card. I used a sticky adhesive sheet onto another sheet of Cobalt blue card and adhered the background to it. I used
Midnight Marine Holographic Glitter on the exposed adhesive. I cut a wide frame using the
Double Stitched Oval and added mounting foam to the back of it. I cut a hill shape out of a piece of white card with sticky adhesive sheet added to it. I peeled the backing paper off, then attached the frame to it. I used
Iced Snow on the hill and added the oval frame to it. I then added the frame over the
Twinkle Star background and trimmed away the excess card around it. I added the frame to a larger piece of white card. I cut the igloo from the
Penguin Palace set and used a blue pencil to shade it. I added the igloo inside the frame to the right. I made two cute penguins, adding scarfs, hats, gloves and a bow tie then added them to the edge of the frame with foam tape. I used the
Merriest Christmas Wishes sentiment cut in cobalt blue under the frame on the card. The card was completed with white mats and layers. The finished dimensions are 7" x 8 1/2" in size. All for now, Sue x

Lol - this is what children's festive cards are all about, bring on the cuties, these I bought a few weeks ago and I'm waiting for the call to tell me their arctic friends have arrived at the shop, the polar bears then I can hopefully start the order I have, I may also use them for some of the young parents but change it about a little, these are dies that will make me enjoy crafting again as since I had to stop going to market and meeting my market friends my crafting mojo isn't what it was back in February. I love this Sue and what a way to start our Saturday in the UK, cute penguins the perfect inspiration and a big smile 😁

Hopefully I will have more luck today as this is a lovely, cute card. I happen to have these dies so will be definitely trying to replicate this one, with your permission.
