Good Sunday morning all! I started today's card by embossing a piece of milk card with the Dotty Flourish 3D embossing folder. Next, I used Worn Lipstick and Spiced Marmalade Distress Oxide inks and lightly brushed across the top of the embossing folder randomly. I used a light misting of spray glue over the top of the background and dusted it with Frosted Sparkle Glitterbitz. I cut the Stella die out of milk card. I cut the backing out of milk card too, but used the same two Distress Oxides and added colour to the backing before gluing it on. I attached it to the centre of the card with mounting foam. I cut a Double Stitched Circle out of milk card and added it to the centre of the die cut. I used the You Are The Best sentiment cut out of milk card and touched the top and bottom of the letters with the distress oxides before attaching it to the circle. I cut several of the Leather Leaf Fronds out of milk card and attached them in opposite corners as accents, with the ends tucked under the die cut. The card was completed with milk mats and layers. The finished dimensions are 6 3/4" x 7 1/2" in size. All for now. Sue x

What a gorgeous way to start the day. I love the milk card it's another perfect base for other colour card too. The colours of ink really highlight the deep embossing and the delicate design of Stella, in fact I'd have left the leafy fronds for another project so I could see more of the delicate background. Hope your Sunday is a good day.

Morning Sue and all Wilsonettes, what a stunning sample today, I love the way you have used the oxides to lightly touch the embossing and then adding a bit of bling to it, you can see it in the close up, really sets it off. The sentiment is so perfect too.
