Three Cheers Card

Hi bloggers!   Here's a great card for any beer lover in your circle of friends!  Also works great for those pesky hard to make male cards you need when their birthdays roll around.

The finished dimensions are 7"  x  9" in size.  All for now, Sue x

  1. Morning Sue. Yaaay video day. The weirdness gets more weird, after completing an order of two 30th birthday cards for a young lady one of which was a 'feminine dartboard' - the things I get asked for Sue!! Anyway from a pink and silver dartboard to a pint mug lol oh the vision going round my head is untreatable, but it gave me the perfect reason to break the seal on this set of dies, to add the beer mug to the lipstick and nail polish die to give that feminine feel to this card that have me the biggest headache ever lol. I had to use glitterbitz for the head of the pint as I don't have the foam but I really need to add it to my list of needs.
Looking forward to my Saturday video and coffee at 10am, how we really need this lovely normal hangout ... pint anyone ?

    Good Morning Sue and all.
Had a problem finding you again today Sue and almost gave up. So glad I didn't or I would have missed the great video. I would love to make this card but I would probably only use it twice.
I do have what I need for that beautiful background so all is not lost.
Thank you so very much for continuing with the blog Sue, as I'm sure there are others like me who feel like staying in bed but you give us all a reason to get up and face another day.
    Thank you Sue.

  29. Hi Sue
Apologies for my lack of comments. Been completely out of action due to a terrible dose of big time fatigue. Fingers crossed it has disappeared for a good long while.
Cheers for today’s card - a brilliant array of different techniques (already watched the video), and fantastic inspiration for those men cards which we all struggle with. Love that background and hopefully will be able to give it a go when I am back in the thick of it x

  33. Hello Sue and all
This card is just so perfect for so many people- including my brother in law in California and two friends I have made one based on it for. I can’t wait to watch your video and see how you have made it, I am sure so much easier than I did. It is a fabulous card, one of the best die sets I have

  34. Hi Sue, what a really good idea. I love how you have made the background, I wouldn't have thought of doing it like this as I would have assumed that you wouldn't be able to heat emboss on to card that had a sticky sheet on it without melting it - obviously, you can!

This is a fun card and a great masculine card for those beer drinking males. I am one of those card crafters that have challenges making cards for those men in my life. The background technique you used on this card is so interesting and pretty. I must try this one day. Great video and I so appeciate you making your videos available to us crafters.
