Wish You Were Here

Hello bloggers!  His one of my favourite cards from the most recent die release!  I selected Custard card to use for the background and embossed it with our new 3D Flourish Frame Embossing Folder.  Next I cut the Priscella die in white and added a white backing to it and attached it to the centre of the embossed background.  Next I cut the Mallory die in Custard card and layered it up in the centre.  I stamped my sentiment which is part of the clear stamps set that the flowers are from called Cosmos Flowers.  I matted it with thin black and custard card mats and added it with foam.  Next I stamped all the flowers in black and cut them out with the matching Cosmos Flower die set.  I inked thee centres and edges with Fossilised Amber Distress Oxide ink, then used spray glue on them and glittered them with Frosted Sparkle Glitterbitz before assembling them and added pearls to the centres.  I stamped the leaves and cut them out with the matching dies in the Cosmos Flower die set and inked them with Forest Green Distress Oxide ink.  I added the flowers around the focal element then used the greenery as accents around them.  The card was completed with white, custard and black mats and layers.  The finished dimensions are 7 1/4" x  8 1/2" in size.  All for now, Sue x
