Sew, What's New? Card
Hi bloggers! Here is a card that would be great for any of your friends that are into sewing as a hobby. The Sewing Accessories set is perfect for making these cards.
The finished dimensions are 7 1/2" x 7 3/4" in size. All for now, Sue x
Thank goodness it's that time of day again, after a very long night I can now relax and enjoy video Saturday when we look forward to being mesmerized by your never-ending inspiration. Along with my wish for being more talented in the card making department being able to sew and make beautiful things to wear and make gorgeous soft furnishings is something I've always admired when watching amature sewers, so I'm off to get more inspiration from the best of the best, and watch you enjoy putting this fab sample together. Morning Sue and all Wilsonettes, what a stunning sample, there are so many of my friends out there who are into sewing and this would be ideal for them, brings back memories of my childhood when Mum would get the singer sewing machine out and run a few little dolls cloths up on it for us.

Hello Sue Sorry I didn't comment yesterday it was a long journey down to my sisters. I haven't used a sewing machine in years until last week when I bought a mini sewing machine for my crafty 8 year old granddaughter we made a cushion cover and decorated with felt die cuts. Have a lovely weekend everyone.
Good morning Sue and all Wilsonettes. A gorgeous card and video that brings back many happy memories of my childhood. My Mum was a dressmaker and was always busy sewing. Hi Sue Pure genius - a masterpiece. The detail you have captured in those die cuts just brings the whole picture to life. It looks so authentic. This card would be sew perfect for quite a few friends but sewing has never been ‘my thing’. I will sew a button back on if I have to but have a very needle nifty Mother in Law so why would I?! Sewing is my second hobby...it was also my job too... many years ago. And you have packed so many things in that a machinist would use. Fabrics...bobbins...thread...I would love to receive a card like this. Absolutely stunning and such a great pleasure to watch you put it all together. Thankyou Sue. Hi Sue, another great card for those keen sewers among us. I love all the detail that you give in your dies from the different shaped spools to the pinked edges of the patchwork squares.
Hi Sue, as well as a talentefd crafter, you must be a mind reader too. I'm just about to make 2 'sewing' cards for my sisters who have birthdays fairly soon, using your frame and accessories dies. Brilliant idea for one of them using today's video which I will watch whilst my other half watches football later (so neither of us will be disturbed). The 3 of us always used to make our own clothes when we were younger, including our wedding dresses. Such a brilliantly, detailed card Sue. Thank you. Hugs xx Pauline
