Flying Santa Card

Hello guys! It's a bit of a different sort of Christmas card, but I think you may like it (even if steampunk isn't your thing!)  You probably know someone for who this sort of card would be perfect!

The finished dimensions are 7" x  8 1/4" in size.  All for now, Sue x

  2. Hello Sue and all
Have always loved this card, such a cute die and could use for some of those hard to make for people as well. The background is fabulous and I am going to watch the video now to find out what is in it.

  5. Hi Sue. I'm loving the dramatic background to this sample, but the steampunk style is just not me I'm afraid and it's one that I'm not sure about as far as market sales go, and I can only invest in those dies that I know will help me well a card or two which is why I can't wait to go and collect my 'Twas The Night' and Robin dies later, I know that people will like those so thank you. Although today's inspiration isn't my cuppa, I'll still enjoy the tutorial ☺
Hope you have an enjoyable Saturday xxx

  8. Good Morning Sue and all
I just love to days card and thank you for sharing and creating the video. I think santa in the hot air ship is such a fun design which I am hoping to make cards this week. I don't just think of these die as being steam punk but being able to snip away at the die and create a rocket or santa in sleigh.
crafty hugs and well wishes to all...... Wendy

  18. Hi Sue, I like to see Santa in his traditional style, but then like you say this would be suitable for some people, teenage boys and guys come to mind, so thank you for this die, we need ‘stuff’ like this for those awkward males.

I'm making one similar to this (won't be as glamourous looking, I don't think) for an 8 yr old (son of my postie), he'll be over the moon, I'm sure.

  36. I do know someone who would love this card...my nerdy little nephew! He would enjoy the quirkiness of it. I actually made cards with this die for a swap at my stamping group. The theme was transportation and I knew no one would have an airship!
