Hi crafters!  More Christmas for you today, but this one is showcasing the Christmas Bell.  It looks lovely when used in conjunction with the Overlay and a few other dies, add some gilding polish for a real showstopper!

The finished dimensions are 7 1/4" x  8" in size.  All for now, Sue x

  1. Morning Sue and all Wilsonettes, such a stunning Christmas card today, beautiful on white with the silver standing out so dramatically, yes I am liking this very much, will watch the video later but when I was looking at the pictures I thought, oh yes I can see how Sue did that, and that and that...........does this mean, do you think, that I could call myself a crafter too.

Stay safe, healthy and happy, hugs, June Smith xxx

Such a elegant Christmas card this morning, I bought the bell as I think it would work beautifully for wedding cards. The white and silver works beautifully and the font of Jingle bells finishes the card of.

  8. Hello Sue,

What a stunning card this morning that as you said would make a wonderful wedding or anniversary card. The combination of dies is a pure delight. The overlay die is such a good addition to any collection as it is so versatile. The silver mirror card along with that white really creates an elegance to the card. Thanks for sharing the video.

    Have a wonderful day.

  9. Morning Sue. What a pretty sample and I totally agree with the thought of this being a beautiful wedding card for festive brides and all year round weddings. Got my new folders yesterday that I've had to keep on hold, don't get that kind of service from the larger craft shops. I had an email to say Hobbycraft now stock the majority of your dies and CE products along with Lisa and Phill's products, but I betcha they won't have a clue how the pixie powders work, let's just say to them it's just a job without the passion, I'd give everything to have a job in craft products and to help people understand how things work without getting a "dunno" when your a newbie, oh well I'll stop my moaning and move onto nicer things like watch you work your magic ☺ have a lovely day xxx

  34. The gilding polish really does look lovely on the embossing. Did anybody catch which embossing folder that is? It looks so cool cut into strips. What’s astonishing is that the gilding polish is a gold, but it seems to match the silver. Maybe they’re reflecting each other.

I also really like how the front of the bell seems to have hearts in the design.

Maybe next year the festive collection could have a Silver Bells sentiment. That will get a song going in your head. Although it doesn’t go very far in my head.

    Enjoy your weekend!

    Donita
