Good morning all! We are starting off day two with a More in depth look at the new Twinkle Star Frames. Some of you more eagle eyed crafters may have noticed that you saw them yesterday on a couple of the card samples. These frames have been designed specifically to work with the new Stained Glass collection as well as the Angel and Three Wise Men die sets, but I am certain you will find many more uses for them as well! Shown in the sample here, I have used them for the inside of the shape as well as the card's background. The set has been designed with two decorative dies and two stitched cutting edges so you can use them together or as individual pieces to create so many different looks. Carmen, I am so sorry to hear the Kid is not doing well, physically and mentally. He has been through so much and his family are so far away it is bound to have an affect on him. I agree he does need to see his doctor so they can check on him and his recent surgery, he also needs some kind of counselling. You all must feel so worried and helpless. Hugs to all.
Gang if Nine, my mind is boggled, bear costumes, coconuts and grass skirts, sounds like something from Panda Pop.

ReplyDeleteMorning Sue. Day 2 and a great day, a beautiful festive start with that pop of red. I wouldn't say eagle eyed, just in awe of your work and so gorgeous to keep looking at, so yes I noticed it yesterday too. I so need this useful versatile frame. Like many others I really love these launches I love your designs and the samples you show us for inspiration, but I also just can't wait to see the fb buddies work once their dies arrive through their letter box (or hand delivered due to size of package) I visualise postal workers wearing knee pads to literally crawl up paths to deliver their packages lol. But going back to fb members work, they are so incredibly full of talent and it's worldwide Sue, the talent is endless and all down to the tools you produce and the stunning inspiration you share, you have the biggest heart and I know I'm not the only one that knows that.

wow A stunning card this morning. I love the way the background has been done in two different colours. Lol I thought I recognised this then realised it was the one you did in black for the three kings card. Hi Sue, I know that I will run out out of superlatives before the end of the launch so hope you won't mind lots of repetition. I absolutely love this card it is gorgeous. The Twinkle Star Frames are so delicate and will be very useful on all types of cards. The gilt edged poinsettias are beautiful as are the fronds and swirls.

They all work together so well, you can use pieces from any set they will work perfectly together. And you generously give us so many examples of imaginative ways to do this. Off now to catch up, have missed a few days being away! Oh yes, and to add to the wish list!

as I seem to lack imagination when it comes to colours, I have a feeling all of these dies ( even ones
you have not shown yet ) are going to be in my collection before christmas is here lol.
This dieset is gorgeous and the card is, just stunning and I can't wait to see these sets in the Netherlands.

Your Twinkle Star die set makes a lovely background. And yes, I, too, noticed this background on a couple of your other cards. I, also see on this card design, those sprigs with berries that I must have in my collection of your dies and stamps. I like the touch of gold on the edges of your poinsettias and the pearl in the centers of the flowers.

Your Poinsettias edged in gold are gorgeous . I have a Christmas card of yours from a few years ago which has been Pinned over and over again! I can see that happening with this one too! Thank you!
