Striplets

Hi crafters!  Welcome back!  The final post for the day is the Rippled Petite Striplet die set.  This striplet is smaller than the previous one, but you can mix and match the outer dies to create frames since they are different sizes.  The Rippled Striplet makes a great background, border or even focal element, it is truly versatile.  Leave your comment on this post if you like this one.  Tomorrow sadly is the final day of the die blog launch, but there is plenty of beautiful samples to show so I hope you can join us again one last time.  It starts at the usual time of 6am!  All for now, Sue x

  72. Hello to Sue and all the Suebies,

This is one of my favorites since I spent an evening trying to find what set it was from when you used it with the dotted line in the middle and the decorative loops on the outside. So amazing!
I was showing my Dad some of the dies and diecuts and seemed pretty appreciative. Then he took me to the wood shop and showed me what he's making. Like bowls with swags in different colors of wood. It's all math and angles and measuring. And at the end, you have to sand and stain. Cardmaking is so much easier!

Good luck. If I don't win I hope you do!

    Love,
    Donita

  99. Good evening lovely Sue and her crafty crew!

Oh what a doughnut! I've spent all day dreading this as being the final post only to now discover we have another full day to go.....I don't know who started the rumour.....my bet is on Pam because we all look to her for guidance and she thought today was the final day:-)....but it spread and many of us thought this would be the final post. Happy days though, because we have four more delicious posts in store now and i cant wait to see the finishing touches collection at work.
The Rippled striplet is a real favourite, we spotted it earlier in the week but its in this card sample that it really shines...i love the tone on tone background with the focal element backed in that beautiful teal colour. In fact the whole colour palette is striking and really makes the dies stand out to their best ability. How nice to see the stick pins make an appearance though, i wish you would use them more frequently because they really elevate a card to the realms of magnificence.
Frances, poor Misty:-( How that must have knocked her confidence....how hard it will be to stop her eating Pippin and your other little lady's food though, we had that problem with Darcey and Brodie. Do you know how heavy Misty is? Does she need to lose much weight? Well, maybe you can support one another through this traumatic time, good luck in your efforts....i always find that a little bit of everything is the best way to stabilise weight rather than depriving yourself completely, maybe Misty could have one or two Dreamies now and again to keep her spirits up.....:-)
Yvonne, what no phone call!!??!? You've been home three days now and not so much as a peep from you....I'm beginning to wonder if you have moved on to Maureen as your bestest blog buddy, though goodness knows what Myra will say about that! You've admitted yourself that you have had a lazy day then why could you not take ten minutes to call me i ask myself? Is this the end of our fragile truce i wonder, or will you manage to beg for my forgiveness for being a rubbish BFF? I wait with bated breath, watch this space.......:-)
Love and cuddles to all my blog besties and those ill or caring for a loved onexxx

  172. Good morning Sue,
i love that you have brought out some smaller striplets as they can fit in and make a small card look amazing not that i know how to make small cards, as i have to admit to being a 8x8 or A5 card fiend. What a beuatiful background they make and this one is no exception as it is beautiful. Thank you flower for another beauty to add to my bulging boxs. I don't know what happened to the message that i did at the back of 6pp last night but it has vanished into cyber space.
