Shown here, you can see how pretty it looks as a shadowed border on this card. The Gemini dies have separate cutting edges with a different look to each side of the decorative die in the set which allows you to create a multitude of looks with a single die set. I know this die set will be a fabulous addition to any die collection. You just need to leave a comment to be entered into the drawing to win this die set. It's stunning, this time I'm praising the people that actually take your stunning delicate design and cut them into the metal die, what workmanship, it must make you gasp even though you've been doing this process for a couple of years now to see your ideas come to life must be overwhelming at times. Hi Sue. Ooooh it is the turn of the AMAZINGLY, STUNNING Antlia Gemini Die that l fell I love with when I very first saw it !!! This one is most certainly right at the top of my very long wish list. I love the fab card you have created with it. I do love your Gemini dies Sue and this particular one, in my opinion is nothing short of absolutely gorgeous !!!!!! I don't think I could manage the paper piecing technique with this one though. I think it is to pretty for that any way. ReplyDeleteWhat's not to love about this card....and the die, well its a beauty, so delicate, intricate and like the finest lace. The Antilia is obviously a favourite of yours since we've had the pleasure of its company a few times now, and why not because it adds a certain degree of class and elegance to any card. This card sample is breathtaking, just my cup of tea in fact, i adore the striking black set against the rich tones of the gilding flakes, so opulent and sumptuous.
It is with great sadness that i look ahead to our next three posts, but also with excitement and gratitude that we have had the benefit of your expertise at bringing these dies to life.

ReplyDeleteMaureen has said just what i was going to say that i have lace that a beautiful friend gave me with this style of drop on it, it is stunning. Hey, maybe you have the same lace and used it as your inspiration and with some of the stunning guipure laces that are on the market it would be so easy to take inspiration from them. This is just under my Lucy, Gemma and Megan frames dies for needing but fear not it is up there in the needed list that i am working my way through. Thank you flower for such a beautiful die and for the useful varients that it can do.
Well we are definitely not in even a dry state so i think that we would do well planting rice and having paddy fields and they can start in my back garden as it has the paddy part down to a T with the lousy weather we have been having lately, anyone for rice?
The doctors called yesterday lunchtime to tell me that i had a severe infection going on in my chest and lungs and that they had written a prescription out for me. I have the service that the pharmacy collects my prescriptions and brings them out to me when they are ready but i have never ever had them come out less than 3hours later the same day before. I got a row becasue i hadn't been in to see them before now and that i still hadn'[t made an appointment for the doc, but it would only waste their time and tell me something that i already knew so what's the point. At our doctors you need to know a fortnight in advance that you're going to be ill to get an appointment with any of the two doctors that care, but more than that i need the puff and energy to walk the distance in the community hospital to where my practice is and that i just don't have. I hope that they work as i have had this since the start of December so i will be good and take the antibiotics and fingers crossed.

Hi Sue. Sorry i am late its just i woke up this morning with a terrible cold, i dont know where it came from as i was fine yesterday but never mind i am such i am not the only one with a cold. Todays card is beautiful as is the die. It looks like a piece of lace. Looking forward to the other Gemini card.
