  6. Morning Sue and all Wilsonettes, well that was a surprise this morning to see this cad Sue, it is not your usual style, I love the pinpoint ef so will be checking out the video in a while. The card really looks lovely.

Pam, you are always there for us, thank you. My hubby went to the dentist but she could not take the tooth out because it was too close to the main nerve, she said if there were any complications, which were likely, then he would be in so much pain he would not be able to bear it so she has referred him urgently to a specialist. she did open up the hole in the tooth a bit more and drained out a lot of the infection, she then packed it with this antiseptic paste which was full of antibiotics, she said to come back on Wednesday if it starts to hurt again, but so far the pain is not so bad........I feel so sorry for him because he is not a very good patient and gets very stressed out. He did sleep in bed last night and woke at 5 this morning so that is a good thing.

My thoughts and hugs as always go to Tina and Mick, Annie and her daughter, Lorraine F (agree with Pam get some help), Yvonne and Tracey.

Stay safe, healthy and happy, hugs, June Smith xxx

Myra and Lynda b. Thanks for ur kind words as always. Working my way thru dads stuff a little eAch day. Photos were hard to go thru seeing him happy away with his Irish friends. A lot of them were photos of him sleeping. It was always a running joke of him as he always said "I'm not sleeping I'm just resting my eyes"
This was said at the end of the funeral
"try not to think of me as gone after all I'm just resting my eyes.
I didn't know whether to laugh or cry!! Lol

Thank you all so much for the messages of support they are so appreciated. The account in question is just in my husband's name now so he has to deal with it. I took advice on a forum and he is armed with the knowledge that they have no right to hold onto the money so hopefully he will get it sorted on Saturday when he has an appointment. If not we will have to take it further.
Laine, it is good to hear you have dabbled in crafting at last, I am taking my time creating a card using Sue's dies and some Hunkydory pieces. I think it's going to be very effective once completed.
Tracy, we used words that Dad wrote for his funeral, it made it so personal and as the words were full of love for my Mum, my siblings and I they meant a lot.

Woweee!!! This is so different from what I would call a typical Sue Card. This stunning offering is such a tranquil piece of art and would be so appropriate for many occasions. Although I have not got this particular embossing folder I have numerous 'scenic/picture' EF's from the 'olden days' and this has given me some well needed inspiration to give them a new lease of life. Thanks Sue x
I have not watched your demo yet but I have decided that tomorrow I will have a bit of quiet time as I have a few of your videos to catch up on x
Pleased to say that my day was not as eventful as yesterday. No creepy crawlies to contend with thank goodness. A dull day with no blue sky and the sun was nowhere to be seen. The upside of this is that it is much cooler which is incredibly refreshing x
Pam - you are welcome - tweet tweet x
June - gosh how miserable for hubby. Fingers crossed it will be sorted soon. Hugs to you both x

Elaine - I love my caravan holidays whatever the weather. Hope it is doing Andrew the world of good. Hugs x
Lynda - come on, tell us how long your Ally Pally list is at the moment. Lol x
Tracy - sending you a huge warm virtual hug. You are such a star. It is still very early days and your emotions will be all over the place. Cry if you need to and laugh because you can. Someone told me that when I lost my partner five and a half years ago. Believe you me I needed to cry a lot but in time the tears became less frequent and I stopped feeling guilty about being happy. Lots of love x
Lorraine - jealous or what - can't wait to see Finding Dory x
Laine - know you had a rough night last night thanks to your fluff ball trying to change her mealtime routine. I hope you she behaves and you manage to indulge in peaceful slumber. Good luck

  109. Hi Sue. WOW !!! This card is absolutely stunning !!! I LOVE it !!! What a beautiful embossing folder. I really must look out for this one. I love the effects created by just simply colouring the tree in three different colours. It looks so professional. The gilding wax gives a lovely highlight to the other areas around the tree to. I always love to make frames for my cards as I think they add a real touch of class, and the frames you have made for your card Sue makes this into a very elegant and sophisticated card !!! Just as you say it is perfect for those difficult male cards we all struggle with. Thank you for sharing your stunning masterpiece today. I think this is something very different from you. It is gorgeous. Sending you lots of love and hugs Sue from Tres x x x
