Laine, thanks but the extreme tiredness was the start of a flare. The pain radiated all through my body so I didn't do any of the things on my list. I am relegated to the sofa to ride it out. The pain is just so overwhelming. Sorry you had a seizure, I hope you are soon recovered my dear.
Tina, sorry the carers are not there when you need them. We don't want you worn out and then falling ill. Best wishes to Mick and hugs for you both.

He wants to cook me a nice meal tonight but eating is hard when in a flare and all I fancy is praline ice cream.
