Striplets

Hi bloggers!  I couldn't resist adding a larger Striplet to the line, especially since they look so amazing in the Noble frames!  Shown here, the Radiance Striplet provides a lovely backdrop for Gillian or any other die set in the centre of the frame.  The versatility of the Striplet design is that they make great backgrounds, or it is perfect for a stand alone border or accent.  I hope you like this one as much as I do and leave me a comment to be included in this drawing!  In case you are new to the blog and would like to participate but don't know how, directions are on the right hand side of the blog.  The penultimate post is scheduled for 3pm, I hope you can pop by and take a peek then.  All for now, Sue x

Another fabulous die, on my wish list, I'd just about cleared my list from the last release &!then there was this release, was lucky to pre order the Belgian, Swiss & lattice backgrounds, been playing with them since Friday, brilliant backgrounds, so versatile & they mix & match with the backgrounds from the last release which is great. Please ensure the new releases are always able to mix & match to previous & I'll be a very happy crafter indeed.

Just need something other than backgrounds now, got a few on my list now so will decide this coming week what the next purchases will be.

  138. Good afternoon lovely Sue and her crafty crew!

Never one to disappoint you offer the larger option for those of us who don't care how big the card we make becomes:-)
You really do put a lot of thought into catering for everyone's needs and for that we salute you. I had to have a closer inspection of your wonderful card to see where the striplet was hiding, what a novel use of it, ingenious and I would never have thought of it for myself.....being a mere mortal and not a one woman super powered card maker extraordinaire!
I have been perusing my Sue folders today searching for some inspiration for my cousins birthday card and it really hit home just how truly talented you are....in all of the hundreds of cards I looked at no two were the same and how many professional card makers can claim that level of originality?not many I have seen!
You should be honoured for your services to the craft industry, a Damehood at the very least I should think! Arise Dame Sue!

  162. Good afternoon Sue,
This is has made the impossible possible as making a square card round. I love the colours and the set of dies that you have used in this card Sue, they are so soft and inviting. You know what i love about your dies and about the packaging, you can tell the different sets especially the countries as you make the colour a different colour for each set so you can see at a glance if that makes in with that set or not and if you have the full set if like me you don't do part off's. Thank you for Sue for your continued kindness and the inspiration that you give each and everyday as even though the colours might not be to our taste that day, we still get to see something out of our normal range that we would do and see what it would look like in different colours. I know that black is not my favourite but there is some of the projects you make that just wouldn't look the same done in other colours but i know that it would be what a friend might like so even though it is out of my safe zone it does let me see who it would look in colours i wouldn't use , so thank you flower,
    love and crafty hugs
