Striplet Channel Card

Hi crafters!   Channel cards are one of my favourite go to card layouts.  They can be created in so many ways, but today's video shows you how to use the Ornate Octagon Striplet to create a lovely channel in your card.

The finished dimensions are 7 1/2" x  9" in size.  All for now, Sue x

  12. Hello Sue and all,
a beautiful pastel card today, love the Grace die and all channel cards. The flowers are pretty with their white embossing and trailing ivy.

'P' in Wales and Diane I just wish we could share and all have lovely weather. I leave bulbs in my garden here and add some to them each year, last year had some lovely snowdrops, freesias and bluebells but the daffodils and jonquils don't seem to like it here at all unfortunately. I will look for some other varieties this year.

Sorry I missed a few days. Yesterday was my birthday and my husband whisked me off to Atlantic City to celebrate. We'll be here until Saturday morning then hubby will drop me off in Manhattan to meet up with my daughter, my best friend and her daughter to see a play and then have dinner. On Sunday we'll celebrate again with my daughter, son-in-law and grandchildren at a favorite restaurant. Yes, I'm being spoiled and I love it.

Beautiful lacy card from yesterday Sue, I couldn't comment yesterday as I was on election duty at a local school - out at 6.15 am and not back until 10.45 pm, a long day but it went well and I'll have earned some cash to buy some crafty goodies. The channel card is great and I'll watch the video later when I've fully recovered from yesterday - I have a cold too so everything is a bit foggy at present, hope it clears up soon, I've had it for a few days now so it should be getting better. At least my hubby, who had the same thing and felt very bad for a while is over it now so I should be feeling good soon. I hope everything is okay with you Sue.
